So this place isn’t too bad but we didn’t have a fantastic first visit, the atmosphere is a little dark, the food was tasty and the employees seem nice but this place needs some time before I would recommend it or reconsider visiting. We started our visit learning the hashbrowns weren’t available due to their hashbrown machine being broken which was fine cuz they were serving some delicious potato stir fry as a replacement, then we learned that the sausage had just showed up and would be a wait which sucks cuz more than half the menu has sausage as an option/side. They also mentioned that they didn’t have ranch or sour cream which is weird cuz they wouldn’t be able to do any salads. We found something on the menu that was actually available, order our food, then received it. Again the food was tasty but the chef burnt the pancakes really bad, we asked for them to be remade and they were but then they were under cooked and still doughy. One last thing I’d like to add to this review is that they have more options in beverages than they do food/meal choices, very strange for a diner but it probably has something to do with the high school across the street.

We went in tonight to an empty restaurant, waited to be acknowledged. Once seated, the table hadn’t been washed. We waited an hour for our food, could hear the staff yelling in the kitchen. Our meal was brought out in pieces. The food was greasy, overcooked and tasteless. Nothing was worth trying a second time. None of the 6 of us finished our meal.

Just here to pick up a doordash order and watched the cook, open the top side cold freezer by the stove, grab a handful of shredded cheese with his hands and transfer it to whatever he was cooking on the stove in the small frying pan. Why does it matter? It was his bare hands. No gloves. I’ve eaten here since the new owners have bought it and thought it was great. Now I’m rethinking returning.

I went there for lunch with another person and we were the only people in there. The employees were busy goofing off up front and not acknowledging or checking on us. They didn’t have traditional menus and we were told to scan a QR code instead. When the server guy came around to take our order, he proceeded in getting to his knees at our table and leaning right over everything which made it awkward. I ordered the fiesta bites and he was confused and asked if it was an appetizer. There are no fiesta bites on the appetizer QR code menu and he said they’re on the “other” menu as an appetizer. What other menu? Why different menus? He didn’t understand what a side salad was or what Italian dressing was either. After he came back from the kitchen he said they don’t have Italian dressing. The other order was chicken tenders and along with the fiesta bites, they both came out burnt. The server guy who was busy yelling with his buddies never came back to check on us or refiill our waters or give us a bill. We got up and went to the front to pay and all the employees hanging out up there and watching tv finally asked how everything was I don’t know how this place is in business. And also…..one of those employees was busy doing laps back and forth in the restaurant and fingering his greasy hair.

Uncovered trays of cakes and cookies swarming with flies. Dog loose in the restaurant. This it’s just what I could see from my vantage point. Don’t want to imagine what the kitchen looked like. Not sure how this place could pass a health code inspection.

Isn’t it against heath code to have an animal around where you are PREPARING food? You can’t just slap a vest on a dog and call it a service animal. That thing is not even trained. The food is so mid here too. Service sucks.
