Under new ownership. Even worse than before. Rice was way undercooked and definitely was cook frozen from a bag. Poor quality shrimp fried rice they completely drowned in teriyaki sauce were simply “out of chicken fried rice”. Don’t even have pork rice on menu anymore which was a favorite from fury. Disappointed in my first visit here.

Stopped in for a beer at crooked can and had to give dumplings of fury a try. Was on our way home from a long road trip and will be adding this stop to our eastbound trips.

We thought the food was fantastic, but were also in the mood for a little fried food and some sodium and this hit the spot. Nice treat after a long drive.

Been eating here for years and I’m utterly disappointed. The pork fried rice bowl is not even half filled. Literally 6 bites of rice and some slices of pork gristle for $13 plus I left a tip. It’s pitiful. They used to load you up with a heaping bowl with huge chunks of pork when this place first opened and now they’re just petty with the portion size. Service was friendly and the usual fun Crooked Can atmosphere was great, however. Increase portion, please!

Not good. Pork belly had no flavor cucumber was not strong enough to be tasted and boa was dry and oily at the same time. Beef dumplings ok, but dough was yummy. Green beans under done as nd not spicy. Blah all around

We were really disappointed with all the food. The Garlic Mushroom Dumplings and Shrimp & Chive Dumplings were mushy and tasteless. Considering the shop name contains “dumpling,” you’d think this should have been the star of all the dishes. But it was the opposite. There was so much oil on the Pork Belly Bao that it made the buns soggy. The pork belly was dry and tasted nothing but straight-up salt. I’ve had my fair share of baos with meat, and this bao was not edible. I had to toss after one bite. The Fried Chicken Bao was the same: dry, oily, and tasteless. I would not recommend this shop to anyone, nor will I return.

My order of SZECHUAN BEEF RICE BOW was extremely dry. Asked for something else, got chicken bowl that was also dry with cold rice. While waiting, my other food got cold. Did not enjoy at all. Will stay away next time.

The boa was horrible. I ordered the chicken and the pork but didn’t eat them. Dry, missing key items and it was obvious the buns were not fresh. Would not recommend.

Absolutely delicious! The beef jiaozi and pork dumplings are incredible. Flavorful and well-cooked. Perfectly balanced with the sauce. The pickled ginger and delicate beef filling in the jiaozi were a great contrast to the slightly chewy texture of the dumpling. The pork dumplings were huge and perfectly cooked, with a slight bit of char and a tasty filling. The bao buns were steamed just right. Sweet, and with a perfect texture. The pork belly needed a bit more seasoning, but wasn’t dry at all, and the cucumber salad in there was fresh and tasty. The beef bao were amazing! Tender, savory, and sweet, with just the right spice and flavor in the pepper sauce. They were our favorite! The service was great! Both of the people working on a busy Saturday night were helpful, and super nice! We had a couple questions, and the cook was happy to explain things and give up his opinions. The cashier was sweet and helpful too. Excellent food and great service! We’ll be back!!

I gave this place 3 stars due to the presentation and flavor of the food. However the execution was disappointing. Nice sized food portions but noodles for wonton soup and pork + shrimp wontons were way too soft. Rice was also disappointing for Szechuan beef rice bowl. Good drinking food but would not recommend

Loved this place! Grabbed a quick bite to eat while visiting Crooked Can. Employees were friendly and my food was ready in 5 minutes. The bun was so soft and chewy and the meat was tender and flavorful. You get two per order, and it’s a great size for a lighter lunch.
