Update Oct ’22: Changed from (4) stars to (1) star. I would suggest not ordering food close to their closing time. If the restaurant is going to give their customers the scraps from the bottom of the pot, at least offer a discount! Ordered the brown stew chicken which was more like neck bones and gravy. Even the sides were less than satisfactory! All bagged nicely with a smile. Didn’t check my food this time before leaving the restaurant and now, may not return here because of this unfavorable experience. ~End~

Visited today for the first time (my Sons are already repeat customers), to see what’s on the menu and to scope out the environment indoors. Very clean, and quaint which is what you want to see for a location serving food. The aroma of food in the air smelled so good, you’ll want to try everything! Food presentations were very nice. Many options to choose from. I ordered the Brown Stew Chicken, rice and peas, and Mac&cheese. Chicken so tender falling off the bone. That gravy was very flavorful I can sip from a straw. I usually don’t order Mac&cheese out because it’s usually more Mac than cheese and dry, but this Mac&cheese was tender, tasty and cheesy! Reasonably priced and large portion sizes too. “If” you manage to eat all that you are served, I guarantee you’ll need a nap right afterwards! Hearty and filling. Did I mention that’s the medium size! Oh, and you can also order through Uber Eats, GrubHub, and Door Dash-!! You can’t go wrong. Yep… I’ll be back. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I just so happen came across this place what a hidden gem. with one sample of their curry chicken and I was hooked it’s so good. I also received a free drink with my meal which was their one of a kind fruit tea it’s so delicious I couldn’t stop drinking it. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. I look forward to going back to try new dishes. They also cook to order seafood on Friday nights. Give this place a try you’ll be happy you did.

Extremely delicious food that tastes like it was made at home. Friendly and warm customer service. I recommend trying the owner’s special brew called Boogie Tea, it’s the most refreshing, delightful and tropical drink I’ve tasted. I purchased 5 gallons of it for an event and it was a hit.

I wish i had known about this spot sooner food was absolutely incredible. I had oxtails with yellow rice and cabbage probably the best oxtails i have ever had. Service was very good Paulette was extremely polite suggested her ginger tea and it was absolutely incredible. A lot of Jamaican places in the area but this is easily the best.

The vegetable soup was so flavorful! The spinach dumpling was great. A guilty pleasure for myself. It has real substance but not doughy & transported the flavor of spinach respectfully.
Amazing flavor & tenderness for both the goat my son had & the salmon I chose.

The very first indication that I was in the right place was the extraordinary cleanness of the restaurant! The very next thing is the aromatic aroma of curry chicken, plantain, steamed cabbage, carrots, brown rice and the cacophony of scents of delectable treats from the Islands! Then our exotic hostess appears in her friendly warm banter! I will be eating here tomorrow and everyday in the foreseeable future!
