We dined here unexpectedly for lunch. We were warmly greeted and giving directions on how the experience goes.
You scan a QR code at your table and order everything digitally. Once it is sent to the kitchen and prepared, a robot brings it out to your table. They have plenty of sauces available for you to try, as well as plates for sharing.
We enjoyed The hot and sour soup, fried wontons, shrimp fried rice and edamame! All of these items tasted so fresh and delicious! Service was a bit slow, but this place gets busy very quickly! There was a wait for people after we were sat because it’s so popular.
Highly recommend!!!

My experience at Dumpling Master | Bubble Tea & Noodles was pretty cool overall. I ordered the chicken steamed dumplings and the beef bao, and both were solid choices. The dumplings were tender and well-cooked with a nice balance of flavor, while the beef bao was soft, filling, and satisfying. The atmosphere was relaxed and casual, making it a good spot for a quick bite or a laid-back meal. Service was smooth, and the food came out in a reasonable amount of time. Overall, it was a good experience, and I’d definitely come back to try more items on the menu.

Food is pretty good most of the time. We always order Sheng Jian Bao but today the dough was completely unproved and full of grease instead of the usual bun texture. Will be hard to go back and risk paying the price for this again!

Very good food. Be warned, when it says spicy believe it. I like that it can ordered on my phone and have my food delivered by a robot. Less contact with a wait staff is refreshing. A must try if you are in the area.

I honestly can’t think of one thing negative to say about Dumpling Master!!! The staff is extremely polite, efficient, and non-intrusive!! Yet, willing to help in any way and answer any question! This was such a very unique experience. This is absolutely the perfect lunch for those days when “just don’t know what I want” or “nothing sounds good.” The food was ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!!!! I can not say enough good things about our food, prepared fresh to order, brought out by a little efficient robot! We tried multiple things and prepared different ways, with a variety of fillings. There was not one single thing I wouldn’t recommend!
As far as cost.. it’s more than reasonable. Where can 2 adults eat this much food for under 50 dollars?

Everything we tried was really yummy! The robot server was such a fun touch. Staff was kind and accommodating. My son has a peanut allergy and they made sure to get the manager to come to the table and assure us that our food would not be contaminated with peanuts. (There is a menu item with peanuts that we didn’t order) You can adjust the sweetness level on the tea drinks to your preference. The grape flavor was very intense and yummy! I love that they serve the buns in the steamers!

This place is not just for dumplings. It also has noodles, fried rice, boa (bubble tea) and more. The prices are higher, but at least you don’t need to drive to Atlanta.

First time trying it, food was great… it was made fresh and came out hot by the little robot server. We got dishes to share and a bubble fruit tea… pork and chive buns, beef dumplings and chicken fried rice… all together about $45 . Staff was friendly and the chef making the dumplings was working hard to make each one full and beautiful.
The only thing that might mess with some people is that the food came out as it was ready, not the whole order at once…which I personally like but some may not. But I’ll definitely go back.

Dumpling masters is a great addition to Fayette county! My family and I have been 3xs since they have opened and each time the food has been amazing.
Our first 2 visits were before their official grand opening during lunchtime, they were slammed and we had to wait for a table. Our third visit, yesterday was at dinner and slower.
Each and every time the food has come out quickly, delivered by robot, hot fresh and phenomenal! I love that they bring out items when they are ready. This way food is not sitting getting cold while waiting on all the dishes.
I love that you can see the dumplings being made right in front of you. They have added soup spoons since our first 2 visits which is great!
With being a new restaurant and so busy we knew the first couple visits there would be bugs to work out, but man the food has consistently been wonderful and service has gotten better (more attentive) each visit.

Bottom line: the food is very good but serve is poor. The food was fresh and very good. We ordered two dumplings appetizers that were very good, however, they took forever to come out. Out main meals were very good and came out first. The last dumplings appetizer came out after we were almost done eating. We almost sent it back since it was so late.
