My husband and I ordered from this restaurant for our wedding anniversary dinner. We were excited to try as we’re new to Saugus. We will NEVER order from here again!!!! There was a ROACH in my general gaus chicken. When we called the restaurant the woman who answered asked me to text her a photo of the bug, when I didn’t and she opened the text she said “oh yes I see that. Would you like us to send new food?” Her response was so nonchalant that it made me believe they’ve had this call before and we’re unfazed by it. They gave us a refund for the food but asked we cover “delivery fee and drivers tip”. We ordered through Grubhub and got our entire payment back. CHECK YOUR FOOD IF YOU DARE EAT HERE!!!! I got spicy crispy chicken and mapo tofu. The chicken was so so so amazing I ordered it again the next weekend LOL cant get enough of it. But if you cant eat spicy, maybe avoid this as your stomach might not used to the spice. My friend had to spend some time in the bathroom. But I’m okay! Mapo tofu is good but it’s less tasty I’d say- but enough to balance the crispy chicken.

The food was delicious and the waitress and chef were very kind and accommodating. However, there was no public/customer restrooms available, so we needed to leave earlier than expected to use our bathroom at home. They did stay open until midnight though, which was amazing!

This is my favorite Chinese food place in the area. I enjoy the egg rolls, hot and sour soup, and beef with broccoli. Heads up that if you order through DoorDash, the restaurant adds $2 to each item that you put in your cart. That on top of delivery fees and tip can get pricey so if you can go in person to order and get take out, that’s the way to go. Great food, nice people, and recommend!
