Came here for the lunch and was very pleased with my meal. I ordered the fried pork dumplings, cheese wontons, and scallion pancakes.
After a short wait, everything was hot and fresh. The dumplings were fantastic. Pork dumplings are my favorite and these didn’t disappoint. The wonton were crispy and had great flavor. The pancakes were good as well, although it seemed like they had been cooked just a little too long. They tasted great but were just a little too over done. I would still get them again though.
Overall, everything was very good and I will definitely be back.

Very clean, neat, decent and welcoming breakfast place!! Genuine northern Chinese style, homey staff & cuisine food. Food comes hot and fresh. Staff will bring you any condiment that you may need. Thank you!! Will come back.

We came because of the dumplings but we were very happy with some of the other offerings they had. The salt pepper chicken was very crispy, the scallion pancake was tender, and the pork buns were nice too! We also ordered pork dumplings and soup dumplings but I think value is the winning point here. They have a mix of Chinese and Japanese dishes like pork belly bun but also Takoyaki. Ramen and other noodle dishes.
They also had some slush / boba drinks available. I’d like to try some next time!
The atmosphere is very quiet but there were plenty of seats available. Perhaps they can put some music on?

Updating my review after 4 years JUST for the breakfast/brunch portion of the menu!
Dumpling Factory offers Chinese breakfast on the weekends from 8-2 & my in laws love it! They said it reminds them of home in Shanghai.
As far as I know, they’re the only place that offers jianbing (a green onion & egg pancake stuffed with veggies, youtiao and meat) & it’s HUGE! Really tasty start to the morning.
They also offer congee, fresh made silky tofu that comes savory or sweet, and several other traditional bites. Their youtiao (Chinese donut) is MASSIVE and super crispy. I’ll attach the menu below.
Overall it’s a welcome sight to see Asian breakfast and brunch in Denver! We swing by every now and again to indulge, and it always feels so cozy amongst other folks enjoying their meals.
I have had their non-breakfast before as well, but I think this is where they really shine. My one hope is that they might transition to using compostable or eco-friendly containers/utensils. They tend to go through a lot of single use plastics here.

Splash noodles were good. Vegetable dumplings were not my favorite. Tonkatsu was decent. Pork belly buns were pretty good. Almost all dishes needed more flavor. It was pricey for lunch. Clean space and friendly staff.

The noodles were the perfect texture. My order was about $40, not bad or good. Great quality product, presentation was great but the broth was just not my cup of tea. It lacked the savory taste I look for in a soup. The dumplings were underwhelming for the cost. They were good but seemed a little short of a full dumpling.The cucumbers were the only hit.

Walked in for dumplings, ended up staying for a very unique Chinese breakfast that is only served on the weekend! I could eat 10 of these tea eggs and be happy, the congee and breakfast crepe were amazing too!

Went for the Chinese breakfast. It was good only because there’s not much selection in Colorado for this type of breakfast, however my son got an upset stomach after the breakfast and ruined our day…
Nice place with good food! Fried dumplings and siao lun bao were delicious. Pork bun was very tasty too, must try!

Fantastic! The food was absolutely amazing. I would highly recommend the dumplings, cucumber salad, scallion pancakes and brown sugar milk tea. Will return here very soon!
