A-1 premium service, Anything less than a 5-Star is a joke… Our family visited “Dumpling Factory” for the 1st time (Christmas Day) we dined in, My husband and I complimented the restaurant cleanliness, decor and ambiance was so unique very intimate setting for a family, date night, or just a nice evening out! We were seated in a booth close to the kitchen as our 11yr old daughter enjoyed her delicious coconut (Boba-Tea drink) watching the cook prepare her (handmade noodles w/succulent stir fried shrimp platter what a “great experience”… my husband and I are vegetarian so we Order (Cumin Tofu) which is a bit spicy, being I was 1wk post surgery, the chef accommodated my order (no spices) salt & pepper cumin tofu stir fried w/fresh garlic, scallions, onions, red/green pepper was (“Chef-Kissed”)… Again we are foodies & visited many restaurants through out ATL/GA. Dumpling-Factory is a must, your Palate will thank us later!! Enjoy!! ❤️

A really cute spot with great food! The only issue we had here was some dishes take a minute to come out. It was always worth the wait. I appreciate the advice when picking out a dish and the options are diverse but familiar. I also really liked the layout and decoration, we feel intimate with the kitchen, but also feel like we got the premium service!
Highly recommend if you’re in this part of town!

One of the best place in town to get dumplings and pot stickers! And they have the best scallion pancake in town! Crispy, flavourful, large portion, I can eat it all by itself. All their dumplings, buns and scallion pancake are house made so they’re great! Service is awesome too, friendly and accommodative. Plenty of parking space and not crowded at all. They sell frozen dumplings that you can cook at home too. I’m already planning my next time coming back.

Great lunch spot. It was busy when we were there but the service was good as was the food! Loved the dumplings and hot & sour soup! Can’t wait to go back and try more.

I really really wanted to love this place. It’s located in the heart of west midtown. Plenty of parking. The plaza itself is new and modern but empty to the point that it’s depressing. So knowing it’s run by Chinese, we were hoping for authentic food. What we got is beyond disappointing. All 3 dishes we got were bland no flavor. Dan Dan noodle was simply just cold noodle with cucumber (which they did mention only having cucumber but the fact that it didn’t have any flavor was not informed). The pork and chive dumpling was not fresh, it had a weird taste and smell. We were gonna sit and eat there but the vibe inside the restaurant is a take out vibe with counter service. The business they seemed to have were all through delivery company. It’s safe to say we won’t be back.

The Dumpling Factory has truly become my new favorite spot! Every single time I visit, the young man working is incredibly kind, and accommodating. They go above and beyond to make sure you feel taken care of, and that level of consistency really stands out.
And the food? Absolutely amazing. The dumplings are fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared every time. You can taste the quality and care in every bite. Whether you’re dining in or grabbing something to go, the experience is always top-tier.
It’s rare to find a place that delivers both outstanding customer service and incredible food consistently, but The Dumpling Factory does exactly that. I recommend it to everyone I know, it’s truly a gem!

I understand their menu has changed since we visited but it does not seem for the better. The food was ok, not bad, nothing to write home about. My biggest complaint is that the vegetable dumplings and buns all have shrimp in them so there aren’t any vegetarian options. Now it seems to be more clearly labeled in the ingredients but they are still called “vegetable” which is misleading. The fried rice and noodle dishes had very large portions, but I wouldn’t go here again just to have rice and noodles. I really wanted to try the dumplings but they didn’t have any vegetarian friendly which was disappointing.

Excellent experience at my late lunch date at Dumping Factory today! The food was amazing! We tried a few different fried potstickers as well as beef fried rice and egg drop soup… and holy moly the yummy Thai tea! Our service was quick, friendly and professional! Pay them a visit! You won’t be disappointed!

I tried this place for the first time today. It was awesome! I loved the steamed dumplings & shrimp fried rice. The customer service was amazing. The cashier was so sweet. While I sat to wait on my food, she brought me a small taste of a dish that she shared her sister was teaching her to make. I really appreciated the gesture & it was delicious! Will definitely be back!!

The various dumplings we had were delicious. The beef flank hot pot was flavorful and hot – delicious. The robot serving us gave clear instructions as to which dishes were ours. Great friendly service. Will return to eat again.
