Oh, and they even gave a little goodie bag with a New Year card, a trio of Ferro Rocher and a Dum Pukht pen… that was a beautiful gesture! Thank you team Dum Pukht for giving us a sweet evening!
We tried the chicken sampler and fish koliwada for starters and chicken dum pukht biriyani for our main. All dishes were delicious and very well presented.
We had originally planned to order the gulab jamun for the theatrical presentation with the liquid nitrogen but they were out so we were recommended the kunafa nest rasmalai. The dessert tasted fantastic and the presentation was completed table-side, which made for the perfect dinner and a show.
Additionally, would like to thank our server Arun. He arranged for a lovely birthday cake complete with sparklers and played a happy birthday song. He even brought us a heater to the table since it was quite cold next to the door where we were seated, which was highly appreciated.
Dum Pukht made for a wonderful birthday celebration and I highly recommend the place to make your date nights more special.
It’s known for using the traditional dum pukht slow‑cooking method, which brings out deep, rich flavours in dishes like biryani and curries. The space is cozy yet refined, making it a comfortable spot for anything from a casual dinner to a special night out.
The menu offers a wide range of options, including vegetarian choices and allergy‑friendly dishes, all made with fresh, high‑quality ingredients. We ordered “Broccoli Steak Mustard Glaze “ for appetizer, “Dal Panchratni” and “Chicken Tikka Masala” for main and paired our meal with “Tropical Oasis” and “Sex on the Beach”. We finished our meal with “Nest Rasmalai” for dessert. Our food was flavorful and beautifully served.
The staff are friendly and attentive.
The malai shrimp was incredibly tender and creamy, with a perfect balance of richness and subtle spices easily a standout. The butter chicken was everything you’d hope for: smooth, velvety sauce, well marinated chicken, and just the right level of indulgence. Pairing it with the garlic naan was perfection soft, fluffy, and fragrant with garlic, ideal for soaking up every bit of gravy. The Schezwan chicken fried rice added a great kick to the meal, flavourful and well balanced without being overly oily.
A special shoutout to Diya and Gaurav, who were incredibly warm, attentive, and made the whole dining experience even better. Amazing food, great service, and a place we’ll definitely be coming back to. Highly recommend! ️
The food was absolutely delicious and tasted so fresh — you can tell they use quality ingredients and cook with care. Every dish had amazing flavor and was perfectly spiced.
The only small thing I’d mention is that it was a bit chilly inside (and it’s not even winter yet!), but they were thoughtful enough to bring a little heater next to our table, which really helped.
Overall, highly recommend — great people, great atmosphere, and amazing food!
What stood out was the service. Our server, Diya, was very kind and attentive. It was my wife’s birthday and even though we brought a small tart from outside, Diya took the effort to decorate the plate with Happy Birthday and sparkling candles. It was a small gesture but made the evening feel special.
Overall, good food and genuinely warm service. Would visit again.
Delishious paneer tikka and lamb chops to start with that were seasoned and cooked perfectly. We had to do the lamb shank and classic chicken dum biryani whclich were also great.
Vishali was very welcoming, and we received great service from her throughout our meal.
Portion sizes were generous, prices fair for the area, and the flavors felt authentic. Highly recommend for anyone craving quality Indian vegetarian food in Dum Pukht
