Eveything here is a vibe great atmoshpere a lot of tv’s to watch sports i’m a regular here. I have been coming here for years Mackenzie is a great server and great person overall. Waited 15 minutes for someone to seat us with no hostess in sight and a empty dining room..waited another 20 minutes for a waitress to take our drink order
Waited 45 minutes for food the wings were decent . Il say that but then when I asked for the check the waitress tried to charge me double for everything and add in items I never asked she had to revise it 3 times
if I could give negative stars I would.
the 3 times I’ve been here the service has been downright awful
nobody seems to care in management that this place has the slowest most un attentive service I’ve ever experienced I don’t know how they stay in business it has been awful for the 4 years I’ve lived here I will never be going back to this location again ever!

We came for the wings. We were told they were better than Glory Days WH. I’ll be honest they were definitely hot and fresh, and meaty! The competition is real! I am a fan of the boom boom honey garlic sauce. I wish you had a sweet Thai chili sauce as an option. The tots were undercooked and fell apart, needed to be cooked a little longer.

All you can consume Boneless and fries is a winner Wednesday night. Also the Jukebox Bingo is a great time even though I look foolish singing along.
My waitress Amanda was fantastic, she even noticed a song I missed on my bingo card. Only issue is she brought me too many wing refills and my tummy hurts……. Ok maybe my fault and not hers.

Last night, Valentines Day, my hubby and I ordered Duke’s via Instacart/UberEats. We ordered steak fajitas, chicken fajitas and chicken alfredo with broccoli (for our daughter). She isnt very picky and said the alfredo needed more sauce but was ok….that being said, out fajitas (I wish I had pics, but I was absolutely PISSED) were complete TRASH. The meat was shitty cuts, dry and no flavor. There were genuinely no peppers and onions to speak of, the very few we got were BURNT! The sour cream was even weird. Like, seriously? $20 a plate and down the drain…the best thing, which I will be more than happy to give a 10/10 was the salsa, DELISH. But i ordered fajitas, not just salsa. I wish i had gotten a full refund! What a waste of $80!!! Never again!!!!!!

Very happy with the service we got last time attending. There was a small mistake made with the food once it reached the table. Didn’t get exactly what I had ordered yet they fixed the issue and was able to keep the extra food (Turned out to be like $12-$15 worth of food). The lady who served us and the manager/owner(not sure which) both were very happy to fix the issue. That means alot in my opinion. They both turned out to make this dining experience a truly enjoyable one. Thank you for your extra effort to keep your customers happy.

The food fast fantastic. Fresh and flavorful. The service was top notch. We had a big party for work and the waitresses were patient and attentive. The manager was very helpful as well. Atmosphere was relaxed and fun. We will definitely go again.

Wednesday they have all you can eat boneless, and Thursday all you can eat bone in. The fat guy side of me loves that. Almost as much as I love the staff. Did I mention Adysen? You really should go and see her.
