It’s been a minute for me since I’ve been over here, but when those wings are made extra crispy Duke’s way (you have to ask for it I didn’t see it on the menu ) There’s not a wing around that’s better. I also had the Cobb salad..
Leah What’s my waitress? She was extremely polite and knowledgeable. They do have Guinness, but only in the bottle and she did tell me that upfront. My salad and wings came out together my server checked on me several times and the manager came over just to make sure everything was good. It was better than good. It was perfect. I’ll definitely come back the service in the Food. We’re both phenomenal..
I see some bad reviews and I know everybody has an off night and mistakes happen but hands-down, this food is good. It’s made fresh. I would definitely come back..I’m just sorry I’m gonna miss the live music that was setting up on the patio outside, this place has plenty of room to spread out

The worst service. After we ordered our waitress didn’t come back. I got Caesar salad with salmon. The Caesar dressing was mixed with Italian dressing and the salmon was extremely dry. The manager came over and asked how everything was. I changed out my meal for boneless wings. I asked for honey bbq and they came out with honey mustard. Our waitress never came to our table. At one point I had to go up to the hostess to ask for bbq sauce and get more drinks. The beer was on happy hour but did not show on our bill. Again our waitress wasn’t paying any attention to our table. I told the manager our waitress said the beer was on happy hour and he stated he had no clue if it was but he would get it fixed. It seems like no one knows what’s going on. It also must have been take your kids to work day. They had kids rolling silverware. They just don’t care about customer service.

We were greeted to sit down but our waitress was the young lady outside who had a visitor. She was too concerned about her visitor outside that we only got to order 2 bitter strawberry lemonades & 10wings. We were ready to place our order when we got our drinks but when she finally got back to us she said the kitchen was closing . Well we weren’t about to pay for those nasty drinks or 10wings that 2 adults are suppose to share smh . Not to mention we were there ahead of time before closing and the kitchen closing. I do not recommend this sports bar especially at night. Waitresses are too busy sitting around with Guys at the table or outside with guys.

I got wings for pick up and they were the best wings I have ever had! Ready Right when I walked in, super hot, And I cannot get over how good they are!!!! I usually get extra blue cheese But I ate almost all of them without it , because they were that good!! Will definitely be coming back

I frequent Dukes alot for lunch bc they have my favorite sandwich there. A few weeks ago I was seated in a young woman’s section that changed my outlook on things at a sports bar. I always come in and get the same thing unless im on a training program. I drink coffee with milk and a bottled water and get the blackened chicken dinner during training. My server Jasmine had alot on her plate that day. She was serving many guests, running back and forth to the kitchen and still having enough time to personally thank and hug her customers as they left the building. I haven’t seen many servers spend the personal time with their guests like Jasmine does. She has been my server ever since and is steadily on time with coffee and my food and a friendly hug on the way out the door. 5 stars for the homie Jasmine. Thank you maam. You’re in a class by yourself.

I came here for dinner, and I have to say it was one of the worst dining experiences of my life (if not the worst). I ordered a martini and it came out extremely heavily concentrated with olive juice. I had to send it back. That was only the beginning of what’s to come. For appetizer I got a boneless chicken wing, and it was soggy and bad but probably one of the better things on the menu. I ordered a buffalo chicken wrap and it came with no buffalo my friend got a fajita wrap and there were no peppers and it didn’t taste like fajitas at all. The grilled chicken dinner was 2 pieces of undercooked chicken. Also each course took 45 minutes++ to be prepared and the entire staff was rude and unfriendly. Save your money this place is not worth it.

There should be a sign on the front door that says, “Regulars Only”. Went there today to relax, watch some playoff football, and have some lunch. It was busy but not overly crowded. Got seated right away but after 16 minutes of sitting there, we still hadn’t even been acknowledged by any waitress, although several walked by us many times. When we finally got up to leave, my wife said something to the hostess, and she just shrugged her shoulders and said, “ok”. I’m sure they’ll keep doing a good business, but if you’re a first timer, consider another place to eat.

Id give higher stars, but when we ordered we both ordered the fish special on Friday evening. We both requested no cole slaw as we don’t eat it and feel that’s a waste. However when the food arrived, cole slaw was on both our plates. Wife ordered a blue martini that was just barley 3/4 glass full… she felt for 10$ should’ve been a bit fuller, it was nearly 10 minutes later to get a refill on my Pepsi after requested a refill. When we received the check was a mysterious 3$ service charge with no reason. This for most restaurants is getting absurd. This is what makes me not come back to certain restaurants. I use my debit card in most cases which I’m Florida is not allowed to be a fee. Only credit cards. So it didn’t say that on there. Probably give more stars but this time around I can’t for the service (waitress was nice tho) and the mysterious non needed fee….
