I was hesitant to try it due to a few of the reviews. However, I passed through the drive thru and ordered a pulled pork plate with hash rice, stewed okra/tomatos, corn on the cob, & it came with hushpuppies. I thought it was great! Very flavorful. Hit my bbq craving and it was a nice portion as well. Also the guy working the order window was a joyful blessing. I’d say definitely give it a try to see for yourself!

Good home cooking with flavor! The staff was sweet to me and my nana. We stopped after leaving the healing springs.. and the pulled pork was awesome, mac and cheese was made with love. I have never had squash casserole but now I’m hooked. Thinking of making the drive monthly it’s a buffet style but we took ours to go and they even had a drive thru..

Depending on which server you get will determine how much food you will receive and how well it’s prepared. The last time I was there I came through the drive through and a young man served me. He didn’t used gloves, collected money, and fixed the food without washing his hands. The grits was watery and eggs were tasteless. I won’t be back again.

May be the best thing this little town has to offer. As an outsider passing through, I had higher expectations. The food is good but not great. I think it could be better. Considering the long drive through lines I would say the locals love this place. I wish these guys the best.

The food is okay, and their service is good. My problem with them is that they don’t have a set price for their breakfast. Every time I go there, the price for the same things I’ve bought previously is a different price, depending on who’s working at the drive-through window. I got charged 25$ for 2 trays, the next time I went back, the same thing had costed 18$.

For small town South Carolina this place is really good. Very clean inside seating. The variety of food was excellent and everything tasted 5 stars. I visited at 4pm on a Saturday and service was great along with all food on the bar was hot and fresh. I especially liked the broccoli casserole and the black eyed peas.

1 clean table out of about 30 tables. Unclean and very dirty. Staff were not following food prep guidelines. Food area was unclean and food options limited. I don’t see why anyone in the area would support this business. Business owner: Instead of responding with “you must be speaking of another business,” Get the message that you need to provide an improved level of service to your customers and lets move on together knowing that your customers will be happier. This is just the opinion of a person that travels for a living. Take it foe what it’s worth. BTW, someone already liked my comment. Just saying.

Great place to stop and grab a BBQ sammich for the road. We plan on trying the buffet next time.
