It was my first time to eat at Dugg Burger and I’m kicking myself for not trying it sooner!
There are several locations, I stopped by the Preston hollow restaurant today for a late lunch and was so impressed.
Walking into the restaurant I was instantly greeted with the friendly staff. Kim, the manager, was amazing and went above and beyond to make sure the process was explained and that everything was perfect.
The layout was simple, I liked the chalk zone at the front of the restaurant, nice touch.
I ordered a burger with Swiss cheese, bacon, Dugg sauce, picked, lettuce and order of fries. The fries were perfectly cooked and so yum! The burger was juicy and perfectly cooked, the bun was soft and so fresh.
I sat outside to enjoy the beautiful weather and had such a great experience.
I highly recommend Dugg Burger, check them out!!

Never heard of this place until I logged in to order Uber eats. The free bread pudding made from the DugOut parts of the buns was too enticing not to give it a try. I ordered an extra patty for my dog. It came in its own container and they wrote,” Good Boy” on it. ❤️❤️❤️ the toppings are stuffed into the part of the bun that they dig out. I found that makes it so much easier to eat. Unlike other burgers that slide apart when you’re trying to eat them this stayed together nicely. Great flavor. Free toppings. Fries were delicious. Generous portions. I will be eating Dugg Burger again while I’m in Texas. I wish I would’ve taken better pictures but I was hungry and in a hurry. Thanks guys!

My wife and I were debating on a few places in the area and a burger just seemed right at the time. We stumbled on to this place and we were the first ones there that day. We were immediately greeting by the owner, Scott, who proceeded to show us how they make their burgers and what makes them unique. After going through the line choosing our condiments and toppings, we were give the most delicious “fast-food” burger ever. I was very surprised with each and every bite. The service was incredible and the food is worth coming back for. Check it out!!

Best burger I’ve had in a very long time, the Sweet potato fries were also amazing. Their ranch dressing was incredible. Definitely going back soon. Highly recommend it, if you’re looking for a great tasting gourmet burger. Also, Zay was incredibly helpful, being it was my first time there, he took the time to explain the whole ordering process and checked up on me several times while I was there to make sure everything was okay.

It’s hard to stand out in the burger game but Dugg burger is a good casual burger spot that offers value for the hamburger fan. So what does Dugg burger do that’s unique? Well, they offer a burger at a good price point with alot of free burger toppings that would normally send the price upwards at other places. These are premium toppings like grilled onions, mushrooms, bacon, cheese, coleslaw, pickles, jalapenos and more. The only toppings that cost extra are avocado or an egg. Make it a combo with drink and fries and it comes out to a very reasonable $12.99 before tax. Not bad considering you can put any or all of the said toppings on your burger… or chicken, fried or grilled. They also have shakes and salads. Over all, I recommend trying this place if you like to mix things up on your sandwich.

Wowowowowwwww customer service from Zay was AMAZING . It was out first time here and he took his time explaining the “Dugg” burger and went ABOVE AND BEYOND. Very personable and gave us an experience I won’t forget ! The food was also veryyy good and this is a serious burger . Don’t come if your eyes aren’t bigger than your stomach. The sweet potato fries are the best I’ve had. Ever. lol My goodness . And the oreo milkshake didn’t even make it to a picture I never like Oreo milkshakes bc they’re always just icecream and no Oreo but this one was DIFFERENT.

We kinda stumbled across this place looking for fast food but I’m glad we didn’t find any because This place is AMAZING!! The owner and his staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The burger itself was the Best burger I’ve eaten in a long time! The fries are crispy. And the shakes were delicious! You won’t be disappointed eating here

Build your own burger place. Line works similar to a freebirds. All toppings included in price and it’s super reasonably priced. Got the double meat, with pickles, fried onion strings, grilled jalapenos and their dugg sauce which is their version of thousand island dressing. Had a side of choula ranch for the fries. Excited to try it again and definitely recommend!
