Nice local tavern to grab some food and a drink. Family and kid friendly atmosphere. The Old Mill building its in has lots of character with large wood beams and industrial looking brackets. Food and service is good. Meal prices are expensive so it hits the wallet harder than I think a tavern should. Not a bad place to hit up once in awhile.

House in an old mill. A spot for quick lunch. Sat right away when we arrived.

The food was good but i took one star out because the cucumber on my salad looked like it had been frozen and thawed – yoh can kind of see it in the picture.

One of the best places in town! The prices are a bit on the higher side, but the portions are not only huge, but great quality as well. You know how other places give you these frozen clam strips with a wafer thin sliver of meat in them? Not here! Big thick pieces of hand battered clams, where the breading is thin enough that it has a nice crunch, but isn’t the main thing you’re eating. The drinks are great. The chowder is great. Everything is great, just go.

Spent the weekend in Maine and ate here on our first night. Started with a Pomegranate Blueberry Lemonade cocktail, was tasty and very refreshing. Cup of chowder, was good. I would have liked it more creamier. I ordered the Hot Buttered Lobster Roll with sweet potato fries. The size of the lobster roll for the price($24) was a good price for what I got. Lobster was sweet and fresh. My mom ordered the baked Haddock dinner with mashed potatoes and asparagus. It was baked good. Finished off with a Brownie Fudge Sundae. Perfect for two to share.

This was a spot recommended by a family member. With the hype I was looking forward to something great! The mac&cheese with lobster was recommended to us. I will save you the trouble, don’t. It was pretty bland. And with the addition of the lobster it wasn’t much better. I don’t know what the fascination is with mac and cheese around these parts. It seems most restaurants flaunt it like some great menu item. Not great.

Alaina is an excellent server. Keeps tabs on her customers and makes sure they’re happy! Duffy’s is lucky to have her! Highly recommend the fried pickles app! Husband loved the haddock tacos and I absolutely lover the haddock sandwich. House chips were delicious
