Okay, so the BF and I are known to always stop at an Irish pub in NYC and order a Guinness because when in Ireland or whatever the saying is, you know lol and finding that same quality no bitterness creamy foam crisp perfect Guinness is that thrill we are chasing well we’ve come as close as can be in this one at Duffy’s I mean 9/10 amazing light creamy! Besides the Guinness this place is just an overall gem Heather the bartender is super attentive besides being the best pour around and the food is freaking delicious! In terms of Irish pubs this one does not disappoint, you gotta check it out yourself! Luck of the Irish!

We went here on St Patrick’s Day just to get out of New Haven! The chicken Tuscany was not good at all. I ordered their version of bulgolgi and it was too sweet and just a no for me! Their stuffed clams were ok.This was just overall not a good food experience for us!!!

I have been going to Duffy’s from its beginning. The staff is friendly and make the best cocktails. They also go out of their way to accommodate the customer. The food is always incredible. Duffy’s is the BEST!!!

Duffy’s is our go to for quality food and delicious drinks. Probably the best espresso martini in the area! In the fall, they make their famous pumpkin martinis. So good! Their service is exceptional and the restaurant itself is spotless!

Classic Irish pub. Very well maintained establishment with attentive service and large menu selection. I enjoyed tuna tacos and my wife the Shepard’s pie. Food was prepared with care and flavorful.

The food was great and plentiful. The atmosphere was like going into an Irish pub (been to many).
The only negative were the Hostess es upon entering. Not too bad but a bit of a negative tude. They finally did lighten up. A smile and nice hello would go a long way.

I’ve gotten the goulash multiple times in the past but decided yesterday to branch out a little. The only thing I didn’t care for was the stuffed clam….the one I got didn’t seem to have any clams or scallops in it. lol. Everything else is pretty good, the burger is a big burger but lacks flavor so make sure to salt and pepper it and the bread is a little too much with it. Same goes with the hot dog but because the bun is buttered and toasted, it’s ok. I think the hot dogs are the best deal here: 2 hummels hot dogs (stuffed with a bunch of stuff or you can get them plain) with a side of fries for only $10. Definitely worth coming back for just for that.

Have been here before and it’s always been a good time. Decided to try the french dip tonight- that was a mistake. I was expecting something much different than what I received. The others in my party though enjoyed their food. Irish nachos were very good
