Thank you Simone for an outstanding experience. I started with the Devil’s Spit margarita. Thank you sir may I have another???!!! Ordered the jammin bacon burger. It’s a double so I asked for one patty on the side for my dog. Added a side salad. Top notch service. Food was delicious and came out quickly. Burger and fries were hot. Drink and salad were cold and fresh. The only disappointing thing was Romeo had to stay in the campervan because there are no dogs allowed on the patio. Luckily it was cool enough out to leave him while I ate. Reasonable prices. Ample parking. Nice, cheerful staff. Photo op across the parking lot. We’ll be back! #youshouldbehere #RidingWithRuth

Food was good, what you would expect from a bar & grill. Service was also above par, Travis did an excellent job as was extremely friendly. Atmosphere is typical for this type of establishment as well.
The onion rings were decent but in my opinion, too much batter and not much onion.
But the burrito grande stole the show and was exceptional. It didn’t taste like a tradition Mexican style beef burrito. Not sure how to explain it, just try it.
Everyone else at the table loved the french fries, I thought they were average. But to each their own.

I had the Cajun pasta with chicken and wings and onion rings. The pasta was ok the sauce was more watery than I like but it was good. The wings tho were really yummy, I had the gold rush sauce (I think that’s what it was called, the waitress brought me a sample before ordering). The onion rings also were big and yummy not a cheap freezer bag onion ring. I also had one of their summer 2025 drinks I think it was called the bramble ? It was like a raspberry lemonade with gin drunk I think .., it was very good ! I got the chocolate mousse for dessert which was just ok, lacking on flavor.

We arrived at Duffy’s for lunch. This was our first time here. The place was not busy. We waited a few minutes before an employee came to seat us. She didn’t greet us or seemed very friendly. We were surprised to see big television above one of the stalls in the bathroom. We enjoyed the funny signs they had around the restaurant. The waitress was friendly. We appreciated her checking on us a few times. Although she didn’t refill our drinks or offered us desert. The food was delicious, filling, and priced fairly. We plan on returning.

I went here as a guest of some local folks. They picked a GREAT place to go! Excellent service! Food was delicious! This place is in the Midwest and I’m used to east coast prices, but I was amazed at the value for our meal.
Some places if you order potato skins, they sprinkle an itty bitty little bit of bacon so there’s technically bacon on them. The ones here had BACON! (There were 6 in the serving, but one of my dining companions couldn’t resist grabbing one before I could get a photo.)
I got the special of the ribs. I had to get a box to take at least half my meal. And the food was yummy. I definitely want to go here the next time I’m in town.

Daily specials and friendly staff. Country cabin atmosphere and reasonable prices. Plenty of seating throughout. Separate bar with high seating. Open patio when weather permits. Easy access from main road through town. We stop when we can!

Great place to sit down for icy cold brew and a hot delicious meal. You can eat and watch sports as they have plenty of tvs around the seating areas. I ordered a fish sandwich that was excellent. Not greasy at all. I recommend ordering a local Luverne brew.

I was looking for something to eat last night and only had about 30 minutes to decide what to eat because most restaurants were closing at 10 PM.
I stopped by this place to get some take out. I stood waiting for about five minutes. Employees were just laughing and talking to each other.
The place didn’t seem busy. I am not sure what was going on. After standing there waiting for a while to be acknowledged, I asked if I could order something for take out and the worker looked at me like I wasn’t from around here or something.

Today, I needed something to eat so I thought to try this place again as I stay away from non health conscious fast foods and Windom was a small town with limited options.
I desire to eat real food, not processed GMO garbage or at least real ingredients, not food products invented in laboratories and manufactured in factories.
So I thought to visit this place again and give them another try.
This time we were greeted and immediately seated.
