We went there for the lunch buffet. There were four soups. I tried both the clam chowder and chicken noodle soups and both were tasty and hot. Very good. I passed on the vegetables and the steak & potato soups. Two were enough.
There was a good selection of meats, sides, and desserts. The salad bar was well stocked too. I used their ice cream machine which was a bit slow with the vanilla dispenser.
The wait staff was prompt to remove used plates and utensils. This is a great place for seniors. There was a good size lunch crowd where everyone appeared to be 65+ except for my wife. Overall, a pleasant experience and we will be back.

I’ve been going here about once a month for the last year and a half and I have nothing but good things to say about Duff’s.
I’ve been getting back into healthy eating and fitness so I usually go on “Steak Night” to get my protein fix. They have very good sirloin portions and I also love their huge Peel-And-Eat shrimp!
They have different theme nights during the week but they serve a lot of everything every night too.
You probably won’t like every single item they serve, but I think you’ll like most of it as I do.
The staff keeps it very clean and the food trays are continuously restocked, even up to closing time at 8-pm.
I highly recommend Duff’s Buffet!

First visit. I arrived about 30 minutes before closing. That’s usually a bad time for a buffet. Not in this case. They were still putting out fresh food until just before closing. Everything tasted fresh and well prepared. The fish was great as well as the meat station. The dessert options covered just about anything you could ask for. I will definitely come back again. This location is highly recommended!

1st timers. Very friendly and informative servers. You tell the cashier what you are drinking when you check in. The servers will keep it topped off. Very good salad bar. Romaine, spinach, sliced eggs, and everything thing else to make a delicious salad. I did not check out the soups, but my friend enjoyed the mushroom soup. The sliced beef dipped in Au jus was medium rare and very tender. I also liked the baby back ribs. That was the end of my likings. The mussels didn’t have any flavor. The fried shrimp were slightly mushy. The baked fish was not flaky, more of a mealy taste. There were many other things that I did not try. I skipped the desert bar. Nice and clean inside, I would try it again.

First time visiting this Southern style buffet and it did not disappoint. If you don’t feel like cooking make a B-line to Duffs, your family will praise you later. The variety of salads is a first for me. The had macaroni, potato, crab, broccoli, and other pasta salads all made fresh and the trays stayed stocked. On the hot food side the fried green tomatoes were amazing all the way to the fall off the bone baked chicken. Me and my wife sampled almost everything and it all hit our taste buds in a special place. If you think I’m over exaggerating try the bread pudding. Better yet start with the bread pudding! A premiere buffet tucked away in center Clearwater, love it!

It’s a buffet thank God. Because buffets were disappearing. The paella is awesome. I love buffets for baked fish. And you can just come here and get foods that you don’t have in your home That’s why I like them. They must have a pastry chef because… Banana pudding and strawberry shortcake and even the lava cake was fantastic. Did not care for the Texas tornado though… I wasn’t a big fan of the bread pudding. The peach cobbler was the disappointment for me.. I think the peaches soaked too long because I couldn’t taste the peaches the peach flavor was gone. I would like them to change their tartar sauce I think it has a strange flavor to it. fried fish on a Friday? Yes they have it! Lots of salad options… They even had fried green tomatoes which I don’t like but people could eat them. It’s amazing the spaghetti does not look like spaghetti but it tastes like spaghetti Go figure. They have a different theme each night so you can go different nights and have some different items which is awesome. I will have to go back on different nights and then update my review. So far I’m so glad this place is open and it is right here in Clearwater.. I wish more buffets open. there’s a lot of food here. My biggest complaint would be… It probably needs to be bigger with more seating because the wait time to get in. By the way they do offer senior discounts and even military discount. Great selection of tasty buffet items. Fresh salad bar with all the fixings, 4 soup selections, hot bar with fish, chicken, beef and more. And a dessert bar. All for a very reasonable price. First time here. Very clean and bright. Was hungry and decided I wanted a buffet. This place popped up so I thought I’d try it. Very satisfied. Found things on the salad bar you don’t usually find at others. Selection of vegetables and meats also enjoyable. Well stocked. Not so much on the service but I’d definitely be back.
