I ordered through door dash tonight and I received a hard and burnt Sicilian slice. I had to reorder it and pay extra. I called back and asked for a manager and the worker didn’t speak good English and told me there was no manager. I have been a customer for quite sometime. This is quite disappointing.

I have loved Due Fratelli for years! I actually have never tried their pizza, but absolutely LOVE their penne ala vodka, chicken parm, and spaghetti carbonara! I have never had a bad meal here, one my all time favorite Italian places!

I ordered food online and was shocked when my order arrived with a large clump of hair on the food packaging. This is a serious hygiene issue, especially since the packaging touches the food directly. I couldn’t eat anything.

Great slice of egg plant pizza to go. Vegetable is fresh. Grilled before putting on the slice. Crust is crispy. I hear the service is good. Pricey, not cheap 5.25 each slice. But if it is a good product it is worth it.

My go to spot in the neighborhood for delicious Italian food! They make an amazing Grandma pie! My husband also really enjoyed their mussels marinara. The mussels were large. I’ve also tried their eggplant parm and thought it was very tasty. Looking forward to trying more of their menu options. Prices are decent too!

I’ve been ordering from there since they opened. From pizza to pasta to heroes, everything is good and fresh. Prices are good and pasta portions can lead to leftovers.

The food here is bad, but the attitude and customer service are even worse.

I called to complain about the food and was told the owner/manager wasn’t there and to call back the next day. When I asked the person on the phone for his name, he refused to give it and said, “I don’t have to give it to you if I don’t want to.” Completely unacceptable.

Between the nasty attitude, terrible customer service, and crappy, overpriced food, this place is not worth it at all. I would give them zero or even negative stars if I could. I won’t be ordering from here again anytime soon.

I was refused entry due to my small svc. dog even though their sign states svc. dogs are allowed. The food meh…the staff does not speak English well and that makes it difficult to communicate. It’s ok if nothing else is open. Gloria’s by Midway theater is better but more expensive…you get what you pay for.

You can kinda tell after reading the reviews and interacting with the staff over phone and in person that they’re pretty much a no nonsense attitude with customers. Honestly I don’t think they’re being offensive but probably expect the customers to be smarter human beings. Typical NYC attitude I think ha.

APART FROM THIS, I find their pizza excellent. I buy them in the large 18” where you can make the pizza half and half which is an amazing deal. So far we’ve tried the veggie, fratelli and bbq chicken toppings and LOVED them all. The crust comes perfectly thin and crispy with the right amount of toppings- not too top heavy/oily or spare.

I suppose if you don’t anticipate exceptional service or you’re not too sensitive or bothered by the staff you should enjoy yourself here….

Great pizza and delivery! One of a few places that closes past midnight with a great variety of fresh and delicious pizzas. I’ve been a client for many years and I have been always received cordially with a smile! Music and TV are always on to distract our busy minds. Seatings and tables are spacious, comfortable and clean. 5 bucks for a slice of pizza and a Snapple! Can’t go wrong if you’re on a budget or can’t find an open place at late night in Forest Hills.
