Fist thing to known: It is a smaller place and I do not recommend it for larger parties.
I was in a party of 7, and although not very busy for a Thursday evening, we had to stand around and wait about 30min for seating that would accommodate us.
On to the food: The pasta is made fresh and you can build your own plate with any pasta, protein, and sauce pairing. We tried a variety of dishes and although they were not bad, they just left more to be desired. The desert was the star of the night, the tiramisu and conoli were delicious!!

My favorite restaurant! The chicken enchiladas have meat so tender that it melts in your mouth. The salsa is not too spicy and has a lovely hint of cilantro. The chips are made fresh daily but are on the thick side, but great flavor and level of saltiness is just right.

I absolutely do not regret coming to this place at all. I wanted fresh made pasta and they delivered! Our server Christina (sorry if I misspelled) was amazing and was very clear and thorough when helping us through our first time. I got the Cacio de Pepe and my wife got the lasagna and both were delicious! The noodles were truly al dente and I loved the portion size, not too big but definitely not too small. My one and only complaint was my cacio de Pepe was a little salty but that seems to be more of my preference because my wife tasted and loved it so take my words with a grain of salt (pun intended). I really did love my birthday experience here and we will be sure to come back in the near future to try some different options!

This place is amazing. So difficult to find the BEST quality of real Italian pasta in Dallas. We order the spaghetti bolognese and the fussilloni with mushroom & white truffle oil.

Our server was Christina and she was so friendly and helpful! Their handmade pasta is honestly the best I’ve probably ever had and it’s affordable and such a cute space. Ended the night with a cannoli and it was so good too! Highly recommend!

This place is great! They make the pastas in house. You get to pick your pasta, sauce, and any extra toppings. There are also some entrees, starters, salads, sandwiches, and desserts. Love the idea that you get to create your own. The pasta was quite good, and the team there does a fantastic job explaining the pastas and sauces and will provide recommendations. The focaccia was quite good. Perfect for soaking up some sauce.
They have some cocktails and a nice and very reasonably priced wine list. It’s perfect for a casual and delicious Italian dinner. I’ll definitely be back to try more of the menu!

What a gem! We were on our way to dine at another nearby restaurant when we spotted this joint & decided to be nosey & pop in. So glad we did! Yes, you need to orderrefill at the counter, & you need to clean up after yourself. These are not inconveniences, these small steps help to keep prices affordable.
The manager, Ross, was friendly, gave us a quick menu tour. We had a glass of wine & ordered their fried rice balls while we perused the menu. Pours are generous & prices are delightful.
Only 10 minutes in the place & we were already texting our friends about our new find.
We are not meat eaters, so we were happy to see so many options for us. After enjoying a full glass of wine we finally settled on the pesto spaghetti & pomodoro with casarecce, & focaccia with another glass. What a treat for the taste buds!
The pomodoro was not drowning in sauce, as it tends to be at other places. Tho I wish it had more spinach (personal want, not necessary). The pesto had incredible flavor. Not too many restaurants offer fresh noodles. Which was an added bonus of not catching a food coma as the dishes were cooked perfectly al dente. The focaccia needs to come in a queen bed size. So pillowy soft I could have slept on it. The taste was top shelf!
The restaurant is perfectly situated on the route we run our errands makes it a perfect place to pop in to grab a bite prior to adulting.
Yup, this is going to be a frequent stop.

Due’ Cucina is a small Italian restaurant that makes their pasta fresh right infront of you. It’s very simple to do, you pick you noodle, sauce, and toppings so the food items are very customizable. We ordered the Short Rib Pasta, mushroom and chicken meatball spaghetti, and a upscale version of Mac and Cheese for our children. All of which were amazing. I recommend this place and we will definitely come back.

I had such a wonderful experience! The hostess walked us through the menu with care and offered fantastic recommendations. What really stood out was how kind and patient the entire team was. Our first pasta dish came out a bit too salty, but the Dué Cucina staff immediately offered to remake it and quickly pinpointed what had gone wrong. The remade dish was absolutely delicious—perfectly balanced and full of flavor. Their professionalism and genuine hospitality made the meal truly enjoyable.
