Due-Back is a small coffee shop that specializes in quality coffee and unique, hand-crafted beverages. With an aesthetically pleasing retro theme, we plan to appeal to all ages young and old, uniting the community and sparking the creation of new friendships and new ideas, all while using ethically sourced coffee. Our mission is to serve a boost of caffeine and a smile to all who step in our door, delivering energy and morale to all the thinkers, doers, creators, and dreamers of the Jersey shore community. Was so happy to find this hidden gem! I’m from out of state on vacation and am a HUGE coffee snob, so I always try to do my research before going. Due Back did not disappoint whatsoever. The animal cracker latte was 10/10. You can tell they take pride in their work and use high quality products. I’ll probably come back everyday I’m here highly recommend!!

Hands down the best coffee shop in the area! Creative specials, reliable regular offerings, and friendly, attentive service keep me coming back. My personal favorite is the Lavender Haze with vanilla cold foam, but you can’t go wrong here. Grab a drink then take a stroll down the boardwalk… can’t be beat 🙂

Had Due-Back for the first time and all I have to say is where has this place been all my life?! I got the Birthday Cake Iced Latte and it was seriously so delicious! Customer service was also fantastic! Will definitely be returning!

It’s rare when I see a small business on Instagram in the early morning that I get SO excited about that I race there maybe an hour after they open, but Due-Back was absolutely love at first sight.
There are large coffee chains that pay millions to try and recreate the authentic charm and aesthetic that Due-Back achieves through just being themselves. Everything is hand crafted from the blended hot and cold beverages straight down to their branded merchandise (go check out the hand sewn beach hats!). Even the decor is made or hand painted by one of the owners.
But they’re not all flash and no bang; the coffee is fantastic. I looked at the menu before I went and knew that I’d be ordering the “Dirty Chia Latte” ( dirty because they add a shot of espresso) but what I wasn’t expecting was that I could get it iced!
Check their winter hours and go bask in their caffeinated awesomeness now before the nice weather hits, as the main drag in Island Heights does get busy.
