It’s BYOB. Empanadas we’re very good and served fresh. The remaining two items were not warm when served. Service was ok — had to ask for water multiple times.

Luis did a great job serving us and giving us the best dish recommendations for our first time here. The burrata was supremely fresh and the mushroom bisque was a perfect start. The skirt steak was cooked to perfection (medium) and wasn’t chewy at all, a true delight to eat. Dont forget to get the tartufo for dessert! A great twist on Italian dishes for sure. Worth the trip! I have known Luis a long time and he was a great server and an amazing restaurant owner. He was extremely attentive and the food was incredible. Exactly what Summit needed and the outdoor seating is beautiful. There was a lovely band playing and the food came out quickly and was plated beautifully. The pricing is very fair and I was attended to by many people who gave me new plates and silverware between courses. The sangria was delicious, not too strong and the portions were very plentiful. My table split the calamari which I highly recommend and the octopus was cooked perfectly, not chewy at all, very nice and tender. This is a MUST visit restaurant when you visit Summit! P.s. get the passion fruit sangria!!

This place is amazing!!!! I can’t wait to come back and try more of the menu! We started with the oysters and the 360 bruschetta. Then we had the calamari (which was not greasy at all and the seasoning was perfect) shrimp and crab tacos (plantillas were just right) and the octopus “a la plancha” all acompanied by some delicious sangria (try both red and white!!!), finished with churros and coffee. Everything was beyond perfect! The service, the quality and taste was amazing and worth the price! Can’t wait to come back for the brunch menu! Thanks to Luis for the attention to detail and above and beyond service! I could see that the attention to detail was for all the patrons! That says something!!! This place is a GEM and a place you will want to come back again and again! I know we do!!!!

Tapas are AMAZING! Great portions too that makes ordering a few dishes and then sharing amongst your party. There were 4 of us that shared 6 tapas and 3 pitchers of red sangria (delicious). Service was attentive and super friendly. We were satisfied with our no wait time on a busy Friday night, they have so many tables to accommodate their customers but it didn’t feel overwhelming as compared to other places. We sat outdoors and the ambience of the low level music made it enjoyable. Restrooms were also clean too!
