The bartender needs to find a new career. Worst service ever. Thank god a nice patron at the bar asked him to get me a drink.. had to ask for a menu. The bartender was completely annoyed when I ordered a second drink and foodto go (didn’t get the ranch I ordered and probably paid for) when I said I was tabbing out he got instantly irritated when I asked how much( I was paying in cash) left him a 30% Tip and he literally just completely ignored me until I finished my full drink. The patron at the bar was really friendly but I will never be back after the service I received today.

This place is great if you’re looking for a spot with plenty of pool tables and a fun environment to play with friends. However, the customer service leaves much to be desired. After multiple visits, I’ve noticed a consistent lack of friendliness from the staff—no smiles or welcoming gestures, and even responses to polite thank-yous are absent. It’s disappointing, as the atmosphere otherwise has so much potential to be enjoyable. Hopefully, the service improves in the future.

Never in my life have I encountered a ruder more dismissive bartender. As someone in the service industry I do not understand how this man has a job. I will say I was there two weeks with a very nice lady bartender and had a great experience but this man needs to go.
