Omg!! Everything was so perfect and taste amazing. Staff are very friendly and fast! We got the breakfast donut sandwhich and it was better than a McGriddle, then we tried both refreshers and they were delicious as well. We got a half dozen donuts and they were all super tasty and I like how they were fresh and warm ! Can’t wait to go here next time we visit!!!!

Sadly I can only give this place 4 stars because my iced latte had no ice and it wasn’t cold. It also came in a paper cup. I thought that was odd. I do have a feeling this happened because the girls were busy.
Other than that, the donut my daughter had was amazing. I have never had a freshly made donut. Now I know why there were so many people here.
The decor was adorable. I loved seeing the ducks everywhere.
I will definitely come back and give this place another try because of the donut alone.

So if you’re a sugar addict and you want to feed that need, Duck Donuts is a good option. Or if you are addicted to collecting rubber ducks, it’s an equally good option.
Duck Donuts has an unending supply of eye-wateringly sweet donuts to dazzle the young or just the young-at-heart. I suppose what sets them apart is that they don’t just ice their donuts but they add toppings and drizzles so that you end up with a donut on steroids.
They are too sweet for my personal taste but then I probably have less of sweet tooth than the average person living in this area. If you are visiting from out of two or especially from outside the country, be warned, you may go into sugar shock.

Great donuts but the employees were on their phones the whole time. And when we needed help she just looked up and kept scrolling. The same
Girl also was sitting on the counter where food is prepped. Only one of the three girls were actually working and when she asked for help the other two just looked at her and said it wasn’t their turn to make the donuts and kept messing around on their phones. She also was ordering food and completely ignoring all the customers.

The restaurant is really cute and fun to visit. Lots of choices of flavors. They aren’t the most amazing doughnuts, but they are certainly good. The two times I’ve gone its taken 20+ minutes to get a dozen doughnuts. I’ll come back and try again, but not my go to place.

I used to love Duck Donuts. It was a great occasional treat. I don’t know what changed, but the last time I visited, I was incredibly disappointed. No one greeted us as we entered the establishment. The employees briefly looked up and glared, and we ordered on a self-service kiosk (which still asked for a tip). Then, when we got our donuts, they didn’t show them to us. That used to be a key feature of this place. They’d show you your donuts and asked if they looked okay.
The donuts were about the size of my palm. They were so small, I think they are about half the size they used to be. I ordered a powdered donut, and instead, I got a goopy mess of glaze with barely any powdered sugar. Even when I went back in and asked for it to be fixed, the employee rolled her eyes at me, dumped a mountain of powdered sugar on my donut and handed it back to me. Needless to say, it went in the trash, and I will never be patronizing this establishment again.

I’ve put in the work. Decades, probably. My arteries could write a memoir on the sheer volume of circular fried dough I’ve consumed. It would take more than a dozen hands to tally the number of establishments I’ve graced with my presence.
This is the place! These are the donuts! This isn’t your nice, oily Krispy Kreme imposter. And certainly not those cold, heavy monsters some people proudly carry out of Johnny O’s. These donuts defy convention. If you try to argue, you’re wrong. My years of tireless donut-shopping have concluded that perfection resides *here*. Their coffee donut is it. Go forth, and consume wisely.

The donuts here are great! Soft and delicious, they aren’t the air like dough and they aren’t the firm cake batter ones. They’re somewhere in the middle. The breakfast sandwiches were good as well. I do recommend avoiding the espresso drinks, the lattes were steamed milk at best. The drip coffee might be good but we didn’t get a chance to try it.

Unfortunately we had waited about 50 minutes for our dozen this morning. The 2 employees seemed to not have a sense of urgency when an issue came up. When the manager stepped in then things started to move along. We also scored some coupons for the wait!
I wish the 2 employees communicated with us that something was going on and our order was going to take longer.
Hubby was just happy to get his birthday donuts.

Good stuff! My coworker brought them to work and everyone liked them. The box had a really nice variety and looked really good. Compared with other donuts I’ve have around the area, I would say these are probably the best. Let me know if you find any better!
