I wish I could give this review zero star!! I’ve read previous reviews and this place looked promising. I stopped in this morning and the woman taking my order was not friendly at all, like I was interrupting her day, which I noticed she vanished after taking my order to be on a call that I can hear while waiting for my donuts. As you can see from my pictures the donuts were too hot to add toppings, I live about 5 mins from the shop and all toppings melted and there were barley any frosting on some when I opened the box at home. They all seemed fine after he decorated and showed me, but by the time I made it home it looks nothing like the pictures online…very disappointing to say the least! I honestly could have went to Dunkin Donuts, I would not waste my money on them again!!

Yummy yummy! My donuts were so delicious and freshly made. Warm donut >>> crumbl cookie not sorry. I got a blueberry streusel and had Dawn surprise me for the second- both were so tasty! My cold brew with sweet cream was also perfectly made. I appreciated the clean store, friendly staff, and sitting outside to enjoy my treats.

The family and I went to Duck Donuts to try them out. Pretty good! They make your donuts fresh, so no donuts sitting around. They do fry them, but they are not oily tasting at all! We got 6 variety ones. You can pick from the big list of them or customize. I got a blueberry one. It was fantastic! They are sweet, so if you are craving sweets- they got you! I ate half mine that day and the other half the next day and it was just as good. My family loved theirs as well. Priced a little under $3 a donut. Parking was good too. Plenty of spots. The staff was super nice and place was very clean.

I would 100% recommend coming here! When you first walk in you get hit with the fresh smell of sweetness. They’re so friendly and look happy to be there. They make everything fresh in front of you, when you bite into the soft doughnut you’ll be in heaven. This was my first time coming here and I will be coming back! I wish I got the name of the lady who served me but she was wonderful.

10-piece donut holes for $5 ended up being two Donuts chopped up and thrown in the fryer for a few minutes and shaken up with frosting. These are not donut holes, these are donuts chopped up and reheated. I don’t know if this is how the donut holes are supposed to look, or if the employees were out of materials and just made this up, but it was greasy and nasty.

Such a cool place! It was our first time here, and we had a great experience. The staff were super friendly and kind — we actually got 6 donuts instead of 3 since we came close to closing time And they even gave my son a little rubber duck, which was such a sweet gesture.
As for the taste — I’ll be honest, it’s not quite my thing. A bit too sweet for me personally. But I’m sure anyone who enjoys classic American-style donuts would love it! The variety of flavors and toppings is really impressive.
On the bright side — the milkshake was absolutely amazing! ☺️

I was in need of a breakfast sandwich and for some reason it’s hard to find one if you’re trying to avoid the typical chains or a frozen breakfast sandwich. After doing some searching, I found Duck Donuts. I got the Sausage, Egg, and Cheese breakfast sandwich with donut as the bread choice (you can also choose an English Muffin for your bread choice), maple drizzle and chopped bacon on top. Also got a Strawberry Shortcake donut and an Iced Mocha. Overall everything tasted good and I felt like I got my money’s worth. The flavors were good in the breakfast sandwich and the maple drizzle added those notes of maple syrup flavor to the sandwich. Also enjoyed the Iced Mocha, flavors were well balanced and I’ve been craving the drink to be honest. It’s some time aince my visit so I can’t recall much about the Strawberry Shortcake donut besides the fact that I believe it was a cake donut and ultimately I ate the whole thing I would need to have more than 1 donut flavor to have more of an opinion on the donut end of business. I had placed a pickup order online and one thing I appreciated was that they had tamper proof stickers on everything. So if you ever ordered via doordash that’s an additional safeguard the restaurant themselves is putting in place. Staff were nice and welcomed me when I came in as well. I would definitely recommend and come back again particularly for the breakfast sandwich and Iced Mocha.

Lots of toppings to choose from. The donuts are freshly made and decorated – made to order. Each order takes time to prep and hence make sure you are not in a hurry when you visit this place.

If you don’t mind the price of $3 per donut, this place is great. It’s a playground with all the options you have and can be overwhelming the first time but in a great way. Everything is made fresh to order and it’s wild to see how many staff are working behind the counter at one time! The donuts are creative and colorful with every option you can think of and definitely fun to buy for the family. Breakfast sandwiches are even made on warm made to order donuts. This place is like the Disneyworld of donuts and worth the money for one visit!

First time at Duck Donuts. Mia was very helpful and knowledgeable about the menu and the flavor options. I love that the donuts are made-to-order. All of the toppings are added for you in deli-style assembly. The one thing that would be better would be to have compartments so that the drizzled do not cross. My 1/2 dozen was a little messy, so I ordered a separate donut. Overall, my friends loved them!!! Very delicious donuts and I will definitely be back for more.
