Donuts are freshly glazed, powdered, and topped while you wait! The donut itself is tasty and has a great bite to it. Love thw many options, and you’re even able to fully customize your own donut. Only neg is that the A/C wasnt on when we went. It was hot as hell in there. I felt bad for the young lady.

These donuts are absolutely delicious! Freshly made to order. Light and touch of crunch on the bottom of the donut. The icing is not overpowering. I also had the egg and bacon breakfast sandwich (on a donut) with crumbled bacon on top a fantastic balance of sweet and savory. Will definitely be back!

This location makes excellent, fresh and hot donuts. The employees were very friendly and the location is convenient. The eating area was clean and organized.
The only reason I gave this location a 4 stars was because of the cleanliness of the bathroom. Only one of the two bathrooms were functional. The one that was functional was very cold and had no hot water.

We love Duck Donuts! They have a variety of toppings and their donuts are fresh and hot. I like that the kitchen is open and you can watch them prepare your order. There isn’t enough seating for large groups, but there’s enough seating for groups of 4 or less. We had to use the plastic spoons that were available to cut through and eat our donuts while we were there because of how soft and hot they still were. We also took an order to go, and by the time we got home, those donuts were a lot easier to manage since they had time to cool off. Highly recommend!

Honestly, I’m not one to leave bad reviews as I am a business owner myself and I understand how that can damage the reputation of someone’s business, but after my visit to duck donuts today I have to say something because it was awful. When we had arrived there was only one employee and she looked and sounded no older than 13 years old, however she was very attentive and told us that we could come up to the front or use the electronic kiosk to order if that made it easier for us. I had ordered a breakfast sandwich with the bacon on top and it was completely uncooked, my girlfriend got an iced vanilla latte with oat milk and it looked and tasted like a watered down coffee with a splash of oat milk. We were completely unsatisfied with the quality of the coffee and the food that we received and will not be visiting ever again. I hope you guys can turn things around

Stumbled across this place while running errands in the area and I’m so glad I did! I was greeted right away as soon as I walked in — always a plus. The young lady at the counter was super friendly and patient while I looked over all the options.
I ended up getting a half dozen assorted donuts (mostly Halloween-themed), and to my surprise, they were made fresh right on the spot! No donuts just sitting around waiting to be bought. I couldn’t resist and had one as soon as I got back to my car — honestly, it was one of the best donuts I’ve ever had. Soft, perfectly topped, and full of flavor.
The price was also reasonable — just under $20 for a half dozen. Sure, it’s a bit pricier than somewhere like Dunkin’, but the quality more than makes up for it.
My only “complaint” (if you can even call it that) is that there are too many choices — it made it hard to decide! I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in the area.

Such a great staff and service, they are very inviting and welcoming. Food is amazing and always fresh. We love coming here and enjoying our time together. My kids love that they can watch the donuts being made.l, coffee is great too. Prices are way better the DD and more fresh!
