The customer service is a 100/10. The staff is awesome and always smiling, and the owner is such a kind, welcoming person. But let’s get to the important part: the donuts. Hands down, these are the best I have ever tasted.
What makes them special is the freshness. They don’t let the donuts sit around in a display case; they make them per order. You can really taste the difference! Be prepared for a “heavenly” experience—if you aren’t careful, you’ll eat a whole box without realizing it.
The pricing is also beyond reasonable. I purchased 48 donuts and paid under $90! Please go and support this local business. It’s because of shops like this that we have such great places to visit in our community. Go check them out!
The star of the show though is definitely their donuts! My eyes want more than my stomach can hold lol. They’re made fresh with lots of icing and toppings-no skimping here! They’re fresh, warm, and fluffy. To me it had more of a cake texture but so much better than anything Warner Robins has had for donuts. If you’ve ever had the addicting mini donuts at the fair, these are the larger and better version! They also have breakfast sandwiches, ice cream sandwiches/sundaes, and coffee, but I didn’t try those as we went at 6pm. I’ll definitely be back and only buy duck donuts from now on!
However, the donuts are made to order, so be prepared to wait 10+ minutes for your order to be made.
According to Google, the hours are listed as 7am–7pm seven days a week, but when we arrived we realized the weekend opening time is actually 8am. That wasn’t a huge issue for us since we arrived about five minutes before opening, but it did cause some confusion.
What stood out more was the lack of customer interaction. My family and about half a dozen other customers waited outside while employees could see us through the window and continued working. The door was open the entire time, but no one acknowledged the group waiting—no wave, no greeting, and no indication that they’d be opening shortly. It made for an awkward start.
Once inside, the overall atmosphere didn’t feel very welcoming. None of the employees greeted customers or seemed particularly engaged, which was disappointing for a new business in the area. Good customer service goes a long way, especially for a first impression.
To give credit where it’s due, the donuts themselves were quite good. Since they’re made fresh, there was a bit of a wait, which we completely understood. The donuts had a great texture—soft and dense at the same time—and were definitely tasty. Some of the toppings were a bit heavy for our preference, but the base donut itself was excellent.
That said, the overall experience—particularly the lack of friendly interaction—made it hard to overlook the negatives. For us personally, customer service matters just as much as the product, and unfortunately, this visit didn’t meet that expectation. And to have the audacity to ask for a tip, which the register starts at 20%, and there is an absolute lack of customer service, is laughable.
