Both young ladies were incredibly professional and friendly. This was my first visit, and Sophia and Angie were so kind and patient while I decided what to order. I ended up getting some delicious donuts and an amazing macchiato to go. I’ll definitely be returning to this location!

Okay, I’m not a sweets person at all… but after a few friends kept raving about Duck Donuts, I had to see what the hype was about. And honestly? Totally worth it.
We grabbed a dozen donuts — a mix of their regular flavors and some seasonal ones — and they were made fresh right in front of us. Shoutout to Sonakshi, who decorated each one with so much care (and speed!). The donuts came out warm, soft, and just the right amount of crispy on the edges. Super satisfying.
Even for someone who doesn’t usually go for dessert, I found myself reaching for “just one more” way too many times. Definitely recommend checking it out, especially if you’ve got friends like mine who won’t stop talking about it!

I don’t know why I’ve been sleeping on Duck Donuts. Finally got to try it and I am disappointed I didn’t try it sooner. The donuts were amazing and I am not typically a big fan of donuts. I bought donuts for my team from here and can’t wait to take my family. The maple bacon was amazing! We also had a fall assortment and the team all said how good they were. I don’t even know which ones I tried, but I did not have a bad one at all.

Evan did an amazing job with taking care of my order. Was polite and friendly. There was a new young lady working there as well and she recommended the French toast doughnut so I’m definitely going to try that out next time. Clayton just delivered my donuts. He didn’t have to, but he did, and that’s why I’ll be ordering from this store every month for my team meetings.
The first delivery driver made a mistake and brought the wrong order. When I called, they didn’t give me a hard time. They just confirmed the mistake and then Clayton jumped in his truck and brought the right order. Simple, easy customer service that has created a customer for life. Great work, and great donuts.

Glad we stopped by today! I wasn’t sure if I’d like anything because of all the, well, interesting flavors, but the options are plentiful and they even let you customize your selections. So, for me, the best donuts I’ve had in a long time!! And the cappuccino ain’t bad either!!
