I placed an order for a 10:45am pickup the night before – so I could be on time for an event close by – and I’m still waiting at 11am for the order that was never made. There’s 1 singular employee working on a Saturday morning, I feel so bad for her. No idea where management is
Edit: Got my order at 11:15, THIRTY minutes after the scheduled pickup time. AND the order wasnt even correct. This is supposed to be the Christmas Cookie Dozen. Ridiculous.

I don’t know if it was an off day or what, but I order for take out in person and asked about the game day boxes, which I was told they didn’t have. I then ordered the love dozen and I’m actually embarrassed I left with the box. They used sprinkles instead of chocolate chips and the mounds of frosting was instead just their dipped frosting poured into the middle. The box looks nothing like what I ordered. Everything is just extremely sloppy.

This place has a neat, made to order donut selection. I loved the donut. It was hot and fresh. I just COULD NOT get over how dirty the whole place felt. The bathrooms were not kept, white sinks clearly not clean and no hand soap in either of the bathrooms. So what is the employee washing their hands with!? Please clean this place up. I’m not being rude. I’m being honest.

The shop was just next to the Chinese supermarket so it was quite a convenient spot to get some sweets. The selection of donuts was great – a range of sweet and savoury options. The staff was really nice and the shop was full of kids running (as you may have expected), which would remind you to walk carefully. The donuts were very soft and fluffy – the sugar glazing was quite heavy and the sweetness level might be quite high for many. In short, quite a nice donut but not an every week thing.

If you are going to eat donuts and spike your sugar level, this is absolutely the place to do it. haha Duck Donuts makes everything fresh to order, so your donut comes out warm, soft, and dangerously good the second it hits your hands.
My favorite is maple bacon donut–of course. I mean, who doesn’t love that sweet-and-salty combo? The warm cake donut, the maple icing, the crunchy bacon on top… it just works every single time.
I also love that you can customize your donut however you want, pick your icing toppings, and drizzles and create your own sugar adventure. It’s more of a grab-and-go spot than a sit-down cafe, but honestly, once you get that warm donut, you won’t want to wait anyway. This location has plenty of seating, so you can relax and enjoy your treats with friends and family. I love bringing my nephews and nieces, and they love it!

Did an online pick up, but when I arrived at the store they were out of several toppings and drizzles. One of the toppings was my kids favorite and the reason we drove an hour to come for their birthday. I wish I would have made me aware on the website that they were out because I would have chosen a different location.

This place is really awesome. You can watch your fresh dounts getting cooked while waiting. Super nice staff. Super delicious dfresh and warm donuts. They have many flavors to choose from, I personally love the French toast dount.
The milk shake also taste Super good and they are generous with it. The place has inside seating tables, free water in a big jar to fill from, disposable utincels.

I love this Duck Donuts location. The staff is always friendly and the place has a great vibe. I usually pop in and out throughout the day for snacks or quick work meetings, and they are always fast and welcoming. Consistently great experience.

First time try and it was absolutely delicious! Got a chocolate covered strawberry and a blueberry glazed donut. The donut was warm and moist on the inside and it was went perfectly with the glaze. Would definitely come back! Service was excellent as well!
