I’m old enough to remember when you used to have to wait for the light to be on to get a Hot Donut or just simply accept something from the commissary that’s been trucked out to a Dunkin Donuts sometime in the past. However, you still can get a fresh delicious donut made like the dude that used to wake up 4:00 in the morning and said, “time to make the donuts.” (The famous Dunkin’ Donuts character on their TV commercials).

This was my first visit to the East Meadow location. The store was very clean and staff were friendly and helpful. It was cool to see the donuts made to order. I only wish the designs looked better on the final product. It may have been due to the temperature but overall tasty donuts!

I was driving down the street when I noticed this Duck Donuts location — it immediately caught my attention with its bright, welcoming lights. I decided to stop in, and I’m so glad I did! The place is spotless, the staff is friendly, and the donuts are absolutely amazing — fresh, warm, and delicious. You can really taste the difference in quality. Obsessed with donuts to begin with & had to try the amazing Duck Donuts. The donuts are unbelievably good and the staff was very kind to explain all of the options. They have cute merch in there as well. Clean store and fast service. Highly recommend and will be back for more!

This was my second time ordering online. The first experience was great, everything went smoothly. Unfortunately, the second time wasn’t the same—our order wasn’t followed, and we weren’t informed of any changes. We also paid extra for birthday wrapping, which wasn’t provided. Disappointing, especially because the donuts themselves are amazing. They’re not cheap, so I expected a higher level of service. Hoping this was just a one-off issue, because the product really is top-notch.

Solid spot. I’m not a huge fan of cake-y doughnuts, but when served hot and fresh – they’re pretty tasty. Wide variety of options to choose from. A touch on the pricey side and the doughnuts have actually gotten smaller there since opening (manager said it’s due to a change in the dough and oil temps). It’s worth a try of you like something fun and different.

I am very disappointed bc the donuts did NOT match the color as on the menu and they were a little oily, sticky. It was hot so everything melted and sticked to the bottom. The girl giving me donuts was unprofessional!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Maybe I will come back? At least the packaging was cute
