I did not realize this location sold halal items (marshmallows and bacon – beef!!) until a little over a month ago. I was pleasantly surprised ! Told all my friends about it and purchased a few times already. I also wanted to try something different for my sons bday so I picked 2 dozen donuts & made a “donut cake”. It was a hit! Will definitely continue to support this business.

The staff here was very helpful and quick. The donuts themselves were great too. Warm, fresh, and clearly made to order. They weren’t overly sweet, and the quality and freshness was obvious. The toppings were very well done (not heavy or messy). For the first time trying Duck Donuts, it’s definitely a place to come back to, especially if you want something fresh without being overwhelmed by sugar.

We went to the original Duck Donuts location in Duck, NC years ago. Actually the bacon on a donut got us curious 🙂 Could customize donuts and they also had a menu with different combinations. Same in this location. A warm donut (sweet already) gets a frosting, toppings, and drizzle. Don’t expect to grab and go bec it takes a time to customize each one. Better to eat when the donut is warm. But, maybe not for me anymore, too much sugar. I did request no frosting on mine but I still could only eat a small piece of it.
$3.50 each but comes out lower when getting at least 1/2 dozen or a dozen.
