You get a hot, fresh donut. That’s a positive for sure. Everything on the menu is the same base donut with different toppings added to it. My only complaint is that some of the bacon pieces on the Maple Bacon Donut felt like I was chewing on hard plastic.

Just as good as the original in the Outer Banks. When we were deciding our order the cashier asked how many we were going to order so he could make them fresh right then. The maple bacon is the best choice with the peanut butter chocolate a close second.

Excellent customer service with a warm welcome. I came in this morning and was greeted kindly. I ordered a half dozen donuts and used a coupon for a free donut and they had to figure it out so it could be honored. I respect their hard work in trying to figure it out. I felt I gave more trouble than the coupon was worth. Sorry about that. The donuts were consistent as always – fresh, warm and delicious. Thanks for making my morning!

Went in as like for a build your own decorating kit. No one knew how to assemble it even after I showed 2 workers the photo from their website. Claimed they had no small containers for the icing and toppings. Gave me them in cups they use for their ice coffees with open lids. The hot icing was melting the cup. Total disaster. Will never come here again
