September 18,2025. Just ordered a chili cheeseburger. Two of those hot dogs with the works in a small coke. The best thing was the small coke. Too much chili on the burger and the chili sucked. The hot dogs disgusting. They used to be a good food chain. I will never eat there again.

Haven’t been to Duchess in a while ..they haven’t renovated in 20 yrs seats were ripped, the food was not the same and the girl that our food never said a word no smile nothing !! The highchair were DISGUSTING never wiped down i wouldn’t let a dog sit in them !! We’ve been there twice first & last time !

We come here often. We always love this place and duchess in general. But we drive out if town for this because they are always good. But today . Ehhhh maybe it was too busy. Got home and realized the long dog wasn’t a long dog. Just a reg size the fries were burnt and hard. We had 3 combos. 3 fries.. all dark and hard. We ate none of them.

The food at the Shelton dutchess is always so good. The service is great and the restaurant is very clean! They also have this new sauce machine you guys gotta go and try. I’ve never seen one before. It’s like the soda machines fountains that have like 100 different soda brands in it but with sauces.
