Wow the drive thru is a joke. Waited 20 mons in line for them to completely mess up 1 Single cheeseburger no tomato with only ketchup and mustard. It came with tomato mayo and no lettuce then I had to wait another 8 minutes and made me late for work. Horrible portions !! Awful quality and 2mm chicken sandwich for $10 dollars ?? My company and I will go to popeyes going forward for $4 for 10X the size of sandwich. I DO NOT RECOMMEND DUCHESSES !! Go to Wendys or Mcdonalds if you want better quality or portions. Terribly upset I had to pay for this garbage.

Hands-down the best professional kitchen burgers and fries, I’ve ever had! Not gourmet level but nothing could satisy my craving for an American burger more! They have great menu noting not to enjoy plenty of favorites to find! And DON’T FORGET HOUSE SAUCE!!!!

Second time ordering from here with uber eats. The first time my order was wrong missing chili on both of my hotdogs i ordered. And know the second time i place an order with uber eats they forgot to place bacon on my order. This place cant seem to get orders right. Its a shame wont be ordering from here again

I’ve been eating Duchess my whole life. I grew up on the one in Bridgeport. This one is consistent with the taste just not on the service and cleanliness. They need to clean up a little and the workers need some training. Update: I returned recently for my wife. The service was better and they seem to have some new employees, at least the ones I had contact with. I am adding one more star to my review based on this last visit.

Sorry there was not a choice for minus stars. In Orange, decided to get a chili dog. Received the hot dog and it was not done “at all”. Barely even hot. Took it back to get a grilled cheese and the manager says, well did you ask for a well done hot dog?! He proceeds to give me my money back. No customer service, no comment. Just attitude. He not only lost a sale, he’s lost a customer.
