We love this place and have gone often, the chef is great and offers creative specials. My husband adores his prime rib, juicy and perfect every time. Ribs are also a favorite and my husband owned a BBQ restaurant for 13 yrs, so he knows ribs and these ones are GOOD!! I am a seafood eater and have tried salmon, haddock and baked stuffed shrimp, all outstanding. Large portions, great atmosphere, friendly servers, fair prices, we have had nothing but good experiences at DuBois’.

I have been fortunate to dine here often and I will say that I have never had the fried chicken until last night. I’m pretty picky when it comes to fried chicken so when I asked Ross if his was good….He gave me the look and said the his batter was amazing. You often hear that from anyone who tries to promote their product but Ross could not have been more honest than he was when describing his. It was the best fried chicken I’ve ever had and I lived down South (Charlotte) for 14+ years. I highly recommend this place and that chicken was incredible. Well Done Ross!!!!

Meat was cooked right, but still chewed like rubber (good flavor though). Veggies were obviously microwaved (and not enough, some pieces were ice cold). there was no background noise (music or tv) to cut the silence between conversation. They tried when we asked, but it kept stopping after 2 songs and it was the same 2 songs each of the 2 times they tried again. It comes across as a bit upscale, but it seems only the prices are. Minimal beverage selection. Server was great. No issues with service.

Everything would have been just fine, yet we waited for our food for at least an hour and 1/2. When the waitress came over to say it would be awhile because the second chef never showed, we asked for a drink on the house. Immediately our food came out, with our request for a drink on the house denied. Once we received our food, only 4 out of 6 meals came out. We waited approx 5 minutes for the remaining 2 meals. Very disappointing!! Yet, I do want to give credit where it is due. The waitress was fabulous. She was very attentive from the moment we walked in the door, throughout our meal. TY!

I’ve been coming to Madawaska snowmobiling for over 20 years and this is outstanding place. My friends brought me here this evening for the first time….lovely atmosphere and decor…Ashley our waitress was very attentive and the owner Karen was so nice and extremely humble. Then there’s the OUTSTANDING food…drinks and dessets. This place is an all around gem you’re gonna wanna visit multiple times…..

The steak tips are out of this world amazing! They melt in your mouth and the flavor is absolutely delicious! My husband had the steak and ribs combo and he says they are really good too! Portions are really good also. You will not leave here hungry! We liked the atmosphere and the waitress was very friendly! We will definitely make this place out go to for nights out!

Excellent place to take friends out to eat. Atmosphere & staff are warm and welcoming. I personally had the Steak tips & ribs with loaded mashed- awesome!! Food is excellent and the price is below what you would expect for the quality food and service you receive. Highly recommend.

Love eating at the Dubois! One of the best homemade meals at the tip of Maine! Their Baby Back Ribs are always fall-off-the-bone delicious and pairs with their homemade fries so well, it always hits the spot! Highly recommend!!
