Alaina was an INCREDIBLE server! While the vibe and food was top tier delicious Alaina made sure we were always taken care of with our food and drinks. Speaking of, totally come for the happy hour. You can find great deals on drinks and so many choices with your appetizers.

So a few friends of mine told me to check this place out because I like to check out places in Jacksonville when I’m in town. So I decided to check it out. When I first got to the place, the place looks pretty decent. It was very pretty. One part of the restaurant was pretty full so I was seated in a different section. The section I was in didn’t have a lot of people in it. As I waited there for almost 5 minutes somebody actually finally came to ask me if anyone had come to see me I told him no. I waited another 10 minutes get even water and another 10 get a menu. I had five servers bypass me and I was literally right in the middle of the room. Finally somebody came and gave me some water. I asked for a drink to see if the bartender knew how to make it and apparently they didn’t which I can understand because it’s not a lot of people know how to do it. What surprised me was that they didn’t even go to check or Google it to see if they had the ingredients because it was a very simple drink. But they suggested one of their signature cocktails. So I gave it a try. To be perfectly honest it was okay. It was good but I probably wouldn’t order it again. Although I probably would suggest it to others who might like it. Then I started to wait for my server to come back to actually take my food order. Another 10 minutes waiting then finally my server came again. I was hungry when I got there but I had lost my appetite because I was waiting for so long. So I just ordered an appetizer. After another wait I got my food and I tried it and it was good. It wasn’t great to me. I noticed also that I was never given silverware or napkins or anything like that. So after a while I went ahead and asked for a box I was going to take the food and give it to a friend of mine. Which by the way she said that she ate maybe a bit of it then she just gave it to her dog. After a while they gave me my check. What I find absolutely interesting it’s the fact that I waited quite a while for anyone to acknowledge me when I first sat down, to even get me some water, to even take my order but when it came to the check they showed up quickly. The place is beautiful. The atmosphere is very nice. The food was okay to me not something to write home about but it was okay. But the service what’s below average. I wanted to enjoy this place so much because I heard great things so my standards were really really high. But alas I had a very mediocre time.

Beautifully designed restaurant with a great atmosphere. The food was delicious, but the menu felt a bit limited and didn’t offer many authentic Mediterranean options. Service was on the slower side, and a few servers came across as quite rude. Still, it’s a nice spot to relax with friends, enjoy good music, and share hookah.

Such a fantastic experience! The ambiance was elegant and welcoming. I tried the salmon with lemon butter sauce, and it was cooked to perfection — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Rovena provided impeccable service throughout the evening. She was professional, warm, and incredibly attentive to every detail. She really elevated the whole dining experience.

My friends and I went there the night before Valentine’s Day for a galentines dinner. There were 6 of us and 2 of us showed up at 7, the others arrived around 7:30. No one came over to greet us, offer us water, drinks, ect. When our other friends arrived, it took 10 more mins for someone to come over and greet us, offer us something to drink. After we gave our order for drinks, it took about 15 mins to get our drinks. Then there weren’t enough menus for everyone or silverware/napkins so we asked for more. The server who was a man(his name started with an s I think) was not rude, he was kind, but not attentive at all. We all needed another round of drinks and he hadn’t come back to check on us. I wouldn’t have cared as much if I were somewhere cheaper, but when I go to a “nice “ place with expensive items on the menu, I expect 10/10 service….this was 2/10. After we got our checks he took forever to come back and get them, so my friends took them all from us and stacked them to give to him. When he came back, he laid the stack at the end of the table instead of handing them back to us individually which is what they normally do at nice restaurants. I honestly feel like he wasn’t trained to work at a place that serves pricey food. The little details matter. Food was good 7/10, drinks were good and the music and atmosphere was fun. I’m not sure I will return considering customer service is very important to me.

The atmosphere was quirky to me. Modern Mediterranean with country music in the background.

We had a wonderful time at this place. The atmosphere was stylish yet cozy, and everything felt perfectly curated. We ordered the chicken kebabs and the truffle fries, and both were absolutely delicious perfectly cooked and full of flavor. A special thank you to Rovena for her impeccable service. She was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish.

This place was a 10! The drinks were amazing! I got the gin cocktail and bruschetta appetizer. I was not disappointed! Their hookah was good and smooth too. The music(not too loud but fit the vibes), sophisticated ambiance (low sultry lighting) and staff were super sweet as well. You can dress to impress here and feel in place here. Only quarm was the wait list on the website was not working and they weren’t answering there phone to take a reservation. That caused us a bit of a wait, but nothing a trip to the bar for a starter cocktail couldn’t fix. I’ll be back for sure for more!
