The manager was rude from the beginning after we called about wings that we weren’t happy with. He called my mother an ignorant person, but he didn’t compromise with us about our order. Although the food is phenomenal, their customer service is horrible. The young girls working there are disrespectful and sometimes don’t listen to what you’re saying. My family has been going there for years but this situation has swayed us not to come back. Back to the manager, I hope he has time to learn how to grow up and listen to the customer instead of trying to talk over them. Treating us like we aren’t supposed to have an opinion about their food. Never coming back unless they hire people with brains.

Absolutely one of the best services ever. I was not feeling well for a couple days and could not get out becausei needed to rest. I live close and was embarrassed to have delivery but I needed my go to food which is always chicken noodle soup, which theirs is awesome! Along with hydration aka Gatorade, and other go to food. It is also my nephew in whitehall favorite pizza spot when here. They were so kind, all smiles when delivery which totally made me more at ease and will continue to have delivery and take out. Thank you so much! Especially for having chicken noodle soup! Some places do not have it all year round and it is my only go to, too feel better. Sincerely a neighbor

Will definitely need to come back. Pizza with sausage and pepperoni was great. First time here. Was having a phone call in the parking lot while the rest of my group ordered. By the time I came inside, the pizza was cold, and I still loved it! Sweeter sauce. Good crust (I typically don’t care to eat the crust. I ate the crust). Quality cheese.

I ordered a steak pizza and was given a bacon pizza. When at pick up they all just stood there and did not acknowledge me there when I was trying to tell them it was the wrong pizza they did not even offer to make the correct pizza that was ordered till after I already left the place when they called me 5 mins later. I am a regular customer there me & my employees eat there at least 2 a week or more. They just lost a very loyal regular customer. Ever since they let the regular counter curly hair go they have slipped on service. She was at least friendly and smiled at you when you walked in the restaurant.
