We started with the focaccia and hummus, then ordered the Florida Keys rock shrimp, caramelized onion agnolotti, and the rotolo with braised beef. Every dish felt unique and thoughtfully prepared, and the rotolo was absolutely incredible and easily my favorite.
The only reason I can’t give five stars comes down to two things. First, the space is very small. On a busy Friday night, tables are packed tightly together, and there’s really no room to wait inside so you’ll likely be standing outside until your table is ready. Second, the portions are on the smaller side compared to other local Italian restaurants at a similar price point. While the quality is clearly there, we did end up ordering a third pasta because we were still hungry though I’m glad we did since the rotolo ended up being the standout.
Overall, it’s absolutely worth trying and we’ll definitely be back — maybe just not quite as hungry next time!
First off: Megan was WONDERFUL. Attentive, friendly, and completely dialed in—she took the BEST care of us and made the whole night feel effortless.
And the food… wow. Everything we tried felt confident and beautifully done:
• Potato & leek soup — cozy, balanced, and absolutely packed with flavor.
• Beet salad — fresh, vibrant, and perfectly composed.
• Cacio e pepe — simple on paper, masterful in practice.
• Rotolo with braised beef — rich, comforting, and the kind of dish you keep thinking about later.
• Fish of the day — cooked with care and served like they really respect the ingredients.
So many restaurants need time to get their sea legs under them before they can really swim—but DSB Provisions has mastered it right from the jump. Every detail felt polished, from the pacing to the ambience to the confidence coming out of the kitchen.
If you’re anywhere near Maryville, go. This place is already operating like a favorite. We’ll absolutely be back—soon.
The flavors pulled together with each dish were exquisite!
I’m also gluten free and the menu had plenty of options to choose from and both desserts were GF!
We cannot wait to go back!
I started with the arancini — PHENOMENAL.
Next, potato leek soup — Insanely good.
Then, Cacio e Pepe — 10/10 no notes.
Lastly, finished with the tiramisu — perfection!
100% my new favorite restaurant for pasta and I will be back! So amazing and a cool atmosphere getting to see into the kitchen!
If you love authentic Italian food from different regions of Italy, this is your spot. I definitely recommend ordering multiple courses so you can really experience it the way it’s meant to be enjoyed. The portion sizes are just right — you leave full and happy, but not uncomfortable.
The pasta is all handmade and absolutely phenomenal (cacio e Pepe best I’ve had since Rome). I also ordered the fresh fish (which I normally only do when I’m on the coast), and it was incredibly fresh and perfectly prepared.
And don’t skip the almond brown butter cake with grilled strawberries and cream. The texture alone is worth it — it was that good. I’m already thinking about when we can go back.
You can feel the love and care in the food and the space. We are so lucky to have this restaurant here!
I wouldn’t be surprised at all if Michelin makes a visit and includes them in the Guide in 2027. That’s a big statement for a new restaurant, but it truly feels deserved
I had the potato and leak soup along with agnolotti pasta. Both were delicious! I ended my meal with a wonderful tiramisu and a glass of amaro, thoughtfully recommended by the owner (I never knew I loved amaro!). The restaurant strikes a nice balance between high-end feel and welcoming comfort. The fun social atmosphere combined with great food and service make this a go-to spot.
On top of all that, its large covered outdoor dining area, located on the courtyard of Greenway Village and overlooking the village’s water feature, will make DSB the best outdoor dining option in all of downtown Maryville. Come on warm weather!
The food was fantastic! The roasted beet salad was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly balanced, and I highly recommend the roasted chicken which was tender and well-seasoned. I can’t eat gluten, so it’s often difficult for me to find things to eat at an Italian restaurant, but they had several gluten-free options which I really appreciated. On top of that, the service was awesome: friendly, attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely enthusiastic. In fact, it felt like the entire staff was just as excited as we were to be there, which made the whole experience even more special.
Thank you, Dustin and Stacey, for a perfect evening. As soon as we got home, we checked to see when we could make another reservation. DSB Provisions is easily our new favorite restaurant!
