Took my kids today for an after parent teacher conferences treat (more for me than them).
My son got the Fairbanks burger with Guacamole, cheese, pickles.
I got the Kenai Burger with Jalapeños, pickles, sautéed onion and house sause. Do not forget your house sauce
My younger girls got the Pain cheese burger and fries.
My pickiest eater finished first!! She rarely eats more than French fries and she KILLED this burger
They are sooo yummy! Smash burger stye, crispy edges, juicy inside. Sides are Mozzarella, onion rings, fries, tater tots, or Jalapeños poppers. Portions are Gooood! Service was EXCELLENT! Super friendly, patient and helpful when we were ordering. 10/10 will be going back -soon!

A burger shop that I feel popped out of nowhere and has delivered the best burger that I’ve had not only in Alaska, but the whole US.
Sauce is complex and can be elevated to a nice solid spicy level if you prefer it that way. The Bun is both fluffy and solid enough to not just disintegrate from all the delicious juices that just ooze out of the burger. And the patty is just dripping with flavor, a perfect smash burger with a crispy crust and mouth watering aroma.
Combine all this and you have an unbeatable 100% American burger powerhouse. 10/10

Didn’t get a chance to snap a picture cause I ate it so quick but got a double bacon cheeseburger with grilled onions and tots and some onion rings and it was hands-down the best burger in Fairbanks. definitely will be back and my only suggestion is they make some shakes because that’s all that is missing. Lol Everything was incredible..

Very rarely am I at a loss for words in regards to food. I’ve traveled far and wide and I’ve eaten many burgers. None have come close to how amazing those burgers taste! Hands down the best burger I have had the pleasure to eat in my entire life! Not only are they spectacular but they are consistently making the burgers with the same great quality every single day! We first discovered this heavenly burger at discovery peak last month. We tried their burger and it was phenomenal! Their FRIES!!!!! Oooohhhhh tasty and crispy! We got the guacamole burger and mushroom burger!!!! Glad we are nearby to buy it whenever we crave! Highly recommend this burger shack!!!!

I had the mushroom Swiss burger with perfectly seasoned hot fries. The burger was fresh made and cooked to perfection. My wife enjoy the crispy chicken bacon burger with onion rings. Again cooked to perfection. This place is a real deal food truck! Kudos. Dave from Maine.
