The Starters & Drinks:
We kicked things off with the Calamari. It was perfectly crispy and the ideal way to start the meal. My mother also enjoyed the wine selection; while I didn’t snag a photo of the glasses, she was a huge fan of the quality and variety they offered.
The Main Event:
I ordered the Braised Short Rib, and it was nothing short of phenomenal.
• The Texture: As you can see in my video, it was unbelievably tender—it practically fell apart at the touch of a fork.
• The Flavor: Rich, savory, and cooked to absolute perfection. If you visit, this is a must-order!
The Service:
A huge shoutout to our waiter! I didn’t catch his name, but he was a total character in the best way possible. He had the personality of a professional actor or a top-tier streamer—super attentive, highly engaging, and he really ‘put on a show’ that made our night special.
The Verdict:
Between the top-tier short ribs and the incredible staff, this was a perfect experience. Whether you’re here for a family dinner or just great wine and appetizers, Dry Creek Grill delivers. I’ll definitely be back!
We booked ahead of time and were given a choice of booth or table. We chose table. The restaurant wasn’t too busy as it was a cold, rainy evening.
All said and done, I will not be in a rush to go back to the Dry Creek Grill.
All is still good. I just wish that there were more vegetarian choices for my date to enjoy. This is why we rarely visit.
This place turned out to be a wonderful experience all around. Although living here for years, I never noticed this restaurant despite having driven past it countless times
We only found out about here by doing a Google search for ‘restaurants near me.’ We were stunned by what we found.
This place is literally tucked away behind the Shell gas station. The outside was very well maintained. The gas burning heaters outside were roaring with a high, yet inviting flame.
The inside of the restaurant was beautiful and elegant. The lighting, the sound levels, and the decor were all done well.
Our server was Christian, and he was awesome right off the bat. There was an entire crew quietly delivering and removing dishes, which helped our server ensure our drinks were never empty.
The food was delicious. The butternut squash ravioli tasted very fresh and homemade. It did not taste “corporate. “
Overall, we loved this visit and know there will be more.
Little did I know he lives a block away from the Dry Creek Grill, you can see the place from his front door! So about 20 minutes, and a beer after I got there Pango walks over to the Dry Creek Grill, and snags a bunch of half chickens and stuff, and then tells me Joe hasn’t lit charcoal since we moved here! And…Let me just say this, the chicken was perfect! Juicy, and more tender than your first girlfriend.
5 ☆☆☆☆☆ and worthy of a two hour drive!
