I found DrunkenWok by accident and I am so glad I did. I had gone to Fergs for the one dollar wings but I missed the cutoff and the kitchen was already closed. The bartender told me to check out the food truck outside, so I walked over expecting some wishy washy asian fusion that would be just okay. I was wrong, very wrong.

My friend and I ordered the crab rangoon, the braised BBQ pork belly bao, the crispy garlic chicken, the shrimp pad thai, and the garlic crab fried rice. The food came out quickly and looked like classic Chinese takeout in the best possible way. The crab rangoon was perfectly light, crispy and warm. The pork belly bao was tender, juicy, and so full of flavor that my friend wouldnt stop talking about it. The pad thai dish had that perfect texture and bounce that many places struggle to get right. It had the ideal balance of egg, meat, bean sprouts, peanuts, and sauce. The crab fried rice had great flavor and came with a very generous amount of crab meat. The crispy garlic chicken is exactly that. It had an amazing crunch that lasted the entire meal without getting soggy and the garlic sauce flavors really came through and blended well with the spice. Oh yeah, there’s heat in these dishes.

I went back up to the chef and told him how impressed I was. I admitted that I expected something watered down, but instead I got legit Thai flavors (i’m Thai btw). He told me he is Thai too which connected all the dots. This was honestly one of the best Thai meals I have had in Tampa Bay, and it came out of a food truck. The ambience is cute and cozy with a few outdoor tables that is good perfect for the food, people watching, and chilling.

Chef Steve is passionate about his food and is very friendly to all of his customers. His teammate Dillon was also very friendly. This is the spirit of St Pete and exactly what I love about local spots like these. Cannot wait to return and I will be telling everyone about DrunkenWok.

Finally found the best Pad Thai in town — flavorful, perfectly saucy with perfectly medium spicy that my husband still enjoyed We also had Drunken noodle which is so flavorful — full of fresh basil, spice, and that perfect wok aroma.
Also tried their bao buns and crab rangoons — everything was delicious.
If you’re around St. Pete, definitely check out this food truck!

Best Asian food truck in Saint Pete! The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I’m vegan so they made a fried rice with tofu and no egg. My meat loving boyfriend loves the garlic crab fried, drunken noodles, and crispy garlic chicken. To be honest he loves everything from Drunken Wok. Highly recommend!

Some of the best crab Rangoon and pad Thai I’ve had. I’m a huge Thai food fan. This hands-down was the best Thai food I’ve had in years. They must visit when you’re down in Saint Pete by Ferg‘s.

First time in St. Pete’s had me looking for some late night good eats. We saw this spot when we parked up and saved it for it closed late enough to satisfy some late night munchies. As a Philly native I can say with confidence this establishment has delicious food with great portion sizes. The crab Rangoon is of the highest quality and their rice is soft and full of flavor. I’d recommend anyone and everyone to eat here. The staff works hard and you can tell they got that hustle that is destined for success. Much love to everyone who is apart of this establishment. If you’re in st. Pete’s and need some late night grub, try them out. 5/5 all around. God bless

The food was fantastic! We had the chicken boa and crab fried rice. There was a very generous serving of crab and shrimp. We also enjoyed the pad Thai. It was a the best I’ve had in a while. Not full of satay sauce, but a very flavourful noodle. Definitely eat here again.

Disgusting! Spent $50 on delivery and got inedible food that I had to throw in the trash! Raw undercooked pork bao, nasty beef and rice, plain korean fried chicken bao, tea with no straw. Do better! But it won’t be with me… I will never give you another dollar.
