Hey All – you have to come to the new location on Justin Road in Lwesiville/ Highland Village. It is a great atmosphere, the service was so nice and down to earth!! Definitely our new neighborhood location for a Friday or Saturday night out. Food offerings from bar snacks to sandwiches to steak entrees.

Wings were great! (Try the Sweet Red Chili) The onion anglers were awesome too.

TV’s playing all the games, a couple of pool tables, lighted dart boards and even a stage for live music and Karoke on Thursday nights.

AND its open till 2AM! Not something you often find in this area of town.

We will be back.

Go see Liv!! She is the best and we love when she waits on us. If you are looking for good crawfish, this is your place!!!
I have been a lot of places and I have to say that the last 2 weeks these have been better than Nates in Addison!!

I tried to order 3 different items from the menu but was told they were out of those items. This was Monday night around 7:30, how are you out of anything already? Waitress took our order, never came back to check on us until it was time for the check. The waitress who brought out the food brought out my side salad with no dressing even though I asked for dressing, she went back brought me a dressing I did not order. The food was warm not hot. At the time there were 9 other customers in there and it took 20 minutes for 2 grilled chicken sandwiches. We tipped 20% but it will be quite a while before we go back if we go back at all

I don’t even know where to begin. The old location on 3040 was smaller but at least it was maintained. Our first visit there and underwhelming would be an overstatement. We were with a group of 8 for a birthday, we saw waitstaff but it was 30 minutes before one would stop to get our orders. Food? 50% of the menu is unavailable, one of our friends ordered a Cuban pork sandwich and after 45 minutes the waitress said they were out of pork. Bathrooms looked like they hadn’t been cleaned Since the month before. Overflowing trash cans dirty sinks, retaking of paint fumes from recent green paint that looked it was painted by a 5 year old with adhd. Mind you, that’s only if you can find the men’s room down a pitch black hallway with zero lighting. I’ve seen truck stop bathrooms that were cleaner. The irony was a blank “bathroom cleaning sign in sheet” on the back of the door that didn’t have a single entry. I’m not sure if it was placed there as bathroom art or just the irony of it obvious the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned since 2025. Now back to the service (yes this was Saturday night, 8 pm, the main bar had 6-7 “regulars” while the back room had 2 birthdays with a total of maybe 25 people. My better half and I ordered the exact same draft beer. One was completely opaque and the other one was transparent, the fact our waitress couldn’t see the difference before she grabbed it from the bar to deliver it was bad enough, but the confused look on her face when it was pointed out to her was comical. It was blatantly apparent that none of the staff wanted to be there that night. After being there once, I could definitely see why.

If you are a rocker this is the bar for you. They play anything from the 90s to today. Their food is great and reasonably priced. Maddie and jess helped me tonight. I was choking and they looked at me across the bar and yelled if I I was ok…. I couldn’t talk because I was choking. I pointed at my throat and was gasping for air. They both ran over so fast but my fiancé jumped in and gave me the heimlick and I threw up whatever was in my throat. They both high fived him and my waitress Maddie brought me a hot toddy on the house for my throat. An absolute great bar. No matter how busy those ladies are for every single customer that comes through the door.

A wonderful place to hang out , the ambiance is good. The beer spread is amazing and the bar is fully stocked. The service is very friendly and has local vibes. The food we ordered could’ve been better. Surely a ‘ will visit again’ place.

My parents had been talking about this place and compared it to Rusty’s. I think Rusty’s is pretty average but was willing to give this new spot a try.

The interior looks like it was painted with Green Screen green and then accented with black. A lot of the paint looked sloppy around the place. There’s some pool tables where the old karate studio room used to be and varied seating for different sized groups. Reminds me of a Nickelodeon green version of Grumpa Moose from a while back.

The waitress self dubbed the bar a dive bar. If this is a dive bar, this is the most expensive dive bar I’ve visited, EVER. I get we’re in Highland Village but geeeeeeeez.

Food wasn’t great. We were recommended the nachos and it was basically salad on chips. We got the wrong beer but didn’t want to complain.

Just wasn’t for me. Hopefully they can find the clientele that would keep them in business but between Legends, Rusty’s and the classier bar across the street from them, they have stiff competition.

New Drunken Donkey on Justin Rd. is a must-try!

Stopped by the brand-new Drunken Donkey location on 407 in Lewisville and was seriously impressed. The place looks amazing — clean, modern, and full of energy. The staff was friendly, quick, and really made the experience great.

The food was spot on: fresh, flavorful, and served hot. The drink selection is huge, and everything we tried was excellent. Whether you’re grabbing a casual bite, meeting friends, or watching a game, this location nails it.

So glad to have this spot in the area. Highly recommend checking it out!

Total dive bar in the best way. $4 for a dos and $13.75 for a burger and fries. Please come with your patience. We came and only the bartender was working the room, but she was lovely. We will be back!

Just another “hole in the wall” bar. Food was just ok, as in nothing special. One thing that was unexpected is the urinals were made out of beer kegs. Hope that doesn’t mean they recycle, Lol…
Forgive me for adding that Pic to the review, I just thought you might get a kick out of it.
