Went there for my bday, salad bar was the best I’ve ever been to. I had the prime rib, which was amazing. I also had 2 old fashions, because they were so good. Server was a little slow getting to our table, but it was starting to get busy. I very much enjoyed the overall experience and will be back

Had chicken liver dinner. It didn’t have the onions and mushrooms in it as advertised and I know there was not a full order cause I usually have leftovers and I get filled up.
Called to inform and Mike Drugan said he would make it right. Wanted my address what for I dont know cause I haven’t seen anything in the mail nor have I heard back from him by phone. We just started going back to Drugans because of this kind of thing in the past. Guess it’s time to wash our hands of their food and spend money elsewhere. Been over a week now and haven’t heard or seen anything from Mike.
☆Been reading some of the reviews. Seems to be lots of problems with the food. But no backup plan or refunds or meals replaced. I’ll definitely be taking my business to a more competent place to eat.

Ordered cheese burger and cheese curds. Burger was still raw, bun was hard and stale. The cheese curds were cold. And the server, Anna, didn’t even come around to ask if everything was ok.

I went with a friend for a very special dinner and we were very pleased. I enjoyed the seafood combo which was amazing, while my friend enjoyed the steak & lobster.
We both enjoyed white wine and amazing conversation.

Cool supper club atmosphere. All of our food was lukewarm. Including the baked potatoes. Prime rib was tough and lacked flavor. Same for the ribs.

Prices have gone up significantly. Higher than on this webste. Soup was luke warm,walley did have bones though small. Was told it didn’t. Paid two and a half extra for Augratans.Husbands was burned on top,mine wasn’t cooked enough. Waitress although pretty good had no personality. This place needs to try harder,used to be excellant.

The worst food I think I’ve ever had. Ordered the Ribs and the sauce was basically ketchup and vinegar and they were just drowning in it. Baked potato was undercooked and cold. The only decent part was the salad bar and even that was kind of sad.

Decided to finally find a Monday night that I could try their smelt fry. There were four of us and I was the only one eating the smelt. We waited for about 20 minutes for our entrées to arrive, which is not unusual because they have a soup and a salad bar. One diner ordered the cod with a side of scallops one the size of a quarter. The other size of a dime that was an extra $10 the mashed potatoes and gravy needed to be sent back because they were cold. The smelt itself was a lot of batter and little smelled the fries are cold. I didn’t even bother with them or asking them to be sent back. The other two diners had Norwegian meatballs that look like the sauce itself was sitting on it for a while where it looked almost hardened neither of the diners finished their entrées. I was disappointed in the entire experience. The waitress only came back once or twice, and the dining room was not busy. I don’t know if they were shortstaffed or if there’s no oversight in the kitchen, but I will not be back please note that this is voice to text and I will not be correcting any misspellings because I know you’re smart enough to figure it out.
