A cute diner with slightly upscale diner fare that isn’t snooty and coffee. Tasty food, cozy decor and friendly staff round it out for a great breakfast stop (or any other meal). They also have a little bar and nice cocktails. A great place for brunch.

Thanks to Druffs for a late night greatness memory of working on a laptop here until close tonight (right now as I write this review) with really great quality food that I plan to come back and eat again, neat atmosphere that’s cozy and seemingly-Springfield (= local and legendary)…..cue the Julie Blackmon works on the walls, and incredibly sweet and attentive and warm service from Elise my waitress (thank you so much). Definitely found a spot I want to come back to many times again, Lord willing! Beautiful place and I hear from a worker here that the OWNER SEEMS TO TAKE CARE OF SOME PEOPLE HURTING IN THE COMMUNITY BY GIVING THEM FOOD (don’t read this review and expect food and generosity….that’s not the point nor was it promised nor do I think small businesses can help every single person in need as great as that would be but I wanted to point out the benevolence here)!!!!!!! Huge wins at Druff’s on multiple counts…..guilty as charged!
Also, the menu options look incredible. Looking forward to coming back to try more. Just wasn’t feeling any of the options as good as they are for some reason tonight when considering. Elise suggested making alterations and helped me with that. My sausage-modified Backwoods hit da spot!
Hunter cooking the food did something magical in the kitchen, let me tell you. Don’t know if that included hunting down the food as implied in the name but whatever Hunter made from the “backwoods,” it was a winner.

In town for work , another review noted best breakfast in Springfield and I would have to agree!! First time in, yummy toasted sandwiches, waffles with all the toppings good coffee and fun chill atmosphere! Staff was super nice and attentive. Definitely will stop back in next time I am in town.

This place is AMAZING! The portions are just right and the food is delicious and creative. Please note: I scarfed half of mine before I took this picture. I love the huge variety of sandwiches that you can get here and I love that you can get a “dipper” of tomato soup to go with it! I always get the “Good Doctor” sandwich. It has jalapeños but isn’t hot. I’ve tried a lot here and it’s all excellent. I would give it a higher rating than 5 stars if I could!

Old school diner specializing in soup and grilled cheese sandwiches with a twist. Oh yes, booze too! Specials of the day available and if you get a chance to sit at the counter you can watch the grilled cheese magic happen. Lovely service and quaint atmosphere make this a great spot.

You guys…the soup! Chef’s kiss! And their homemade pickles…delish! We’ve tried almost every grilled cheese and enjoyed them all…and the breakfast is great, too! Love the city ambiance, and the staff is super friendly and fun! Definitely give it a try if ypu haven’t already!

A friend of mine recommended Druff’s for lunch. After eating there today I can understand why. It’s in a nice little spot downtown. Our server was very good at their job. My sandwich was really awesome. I couldn’t have eaten anything else I was stuffed. Check them out. My follow up visit today was as good as the first. Another good server and a very tasty sandwich.
