Great diner like atmosphere. If your looking for good food great service, this is what your looking for! My dad’s favorite place, he’d travel an hour every week to eat here.

This is a truckstop diner that is kind of hard to find. They have tons of comfort food at reasonable prices, and I’m guessing (hoping) that their breakfast offerings are done well. However, speaking of well done…
My husband, father and I ordered the sirloin, mid rare. My husband’s was closest by a long shot, at a justifiable medium. My dad’s was less close-ish, but acceptable. Mine was mid well and that’s being generous. Now, as a cook, it sucks when something gets sent back and I don’t like to do it, I do so very rarely (no pun intended).
I got my ‘new’ steak, and it was even more well done. Now, que the cook walking back to my table after I said “my apologies, but no thank you, I don’t want to order anything else”. Now, she has brought the same steak back to my table and I kid you not, told me I was wrong, flipped the steak over on the plate and tried to point out the places it was mid rare. I cut where she pointed, and hit grey meat. I restrained myself mightily and simply said “Ma’am, I’m sorry but that is absolutely nowhere near mid rare.”
Vegetables were clearly frozen (at least not canned?) and were green beans and corn. Corn is not a vegetable. It’s a grain. Our server and the rest of the staff were very sweet, and really tried to accommodate. But the absolute audacity of someone bringing a steak to my table, arguing with me, and being flippant and sarcastic left a taste in my mouth worse than the shoe leather she tried to serve me in round two. I’ve worked in the service industry for well over a decade, both cooking and serving. I felt insulted, that is not appropriate customer service. If you choose to stop by this place, I suggest you order something fried.

Great down home cafe with large portions of freshly made dishes. The menu has a great variety of dishes and you can have breakfast all day. There’s also a large selection of home made pies, and they are excellent.

Had supper at Drovers Restaurant and it was real solid. My meal came out hot with plenty on the plate, and everything had good flavor without bein too heavy. Service was friendly and quick, and the place had a nice comfortable feel to it. I’d be glad to stop in again when I’m passin through.

We don’t go out to eat very often, but the quality of the food was subpar. The service was good. The food was not so good. I don’t know what the restaurant has changed in their operation and their preparation but the food quality is not that good and I used to recommend this restaurant to everyone that I knew Passing through. I am very disappointed in the quality of the food we did have breakfast. The hashbrowns were undercooked. I do not know what they are using for cheese, but it was slimy. It was not like actual cheese. It was like a cheese sauce, very undesirable to myself and my husband. Other people may like it. We did not giving a two star rating for the food. The service was very good. I should’ve gotten the breakfast burrito that I usually get, but if it would’ve had that slimy raw egg style cheese to me, I would not have liked it

This is the standard to which I will compare all further Mom & Pop places. The food was absolutely delicious, and the portions are huge! We both ate breakfast, and we were NOT disappointed. If you leave hungry, and, dare I say, without leftovers, it’s your own fault!
Edited 8/10/24: We got to eat here again, and, once again, we were NOT disappointed! My Arnold Palmer was perfect, and our server picked out the best cinnamon roll for me to take home to enjoy later, not to mention, I’m pretty sure they change up the decor on occasion as there was not a lot that we remembered from last time. Fun!
