Passing thru town and loved the menu so we decided to stop in. The building is so nicely remodeled, plenty of seating for small and large parties, a nice meeting room if your office needs a lunch meeting. Restrooms are super clean. Pizza and sandwiches arrived quickly and were quite delicious. We also ordered drinks! The lemon drop martini and the blackberry lemonade were outstanding. This is a hidden gem! Give it a try you will not be disappointed!

Great beer and pizza! I had the New York cheese pizza, no toppings needed. Having grown up in the northeast I appreciate a good NY pizza. Service was great also. Highly recommend

Guys and girls! Eat here!!!! Beer was good to REALLY good and getting better. Pizza is flat out terrific!!
The atmosphere will make you think you are ANYWHERE but Pittsburg KS. They have done a miraculous remodel. Very, very modern and so cool.
Not sure you can beat the pizza anywhere close. Many trips here. Always good.
Servers are great…They are fun and friendly. Pizza is about as tasty as it gets. Crust is from scratch. Pretzel bite appetizer is mouth-watering. Our pizza didn’t take long at all. Good place to watch a game! This is the best pizza around for at least 75 miles.
Update: They have improved their beers significantly. Excellent IPA and Brown Ale among others.

My fiancé and I have always loved going to Drop the H for date night. Tonight we came in for Valentine’s Day, and their team made it such a special night. We always get their pizza, which is phenomenal, but we decided to try the Blackened Salmon with Cajun Alfredo Sauce. It was outstanding!! I hope they add it to their menu so we can have it more often! They were also offering spin dip, which we were excited to try, but they sold out! Hopefully, we will get the chance to try it in the future:)

Always accommodating wether a large or small group. Pizza is great and salad too! Try the Moscow Mule options delight. Thank you Drop the H for continuing to be a Pittsburg staple.

We hit off lunchtime hours, so maybe that explains the experience. Baked ravioli looked like leftovers, but I guess tasted ok for the person who ordered it. The rest of us got pizzas that were both burnt black on the crust. Chicken alfredo wasn’t anything special, but the one with arugula appeared to have generous topping in comparison.
Maybe when we’re back on town we’ll try again.

Came here on a date night with my wife. It was a little later in the evening, but they were still open for another hour. We were greeted and told we could sit anywhere, so we took a booth, they were very comfortable. We got a flight of beers and were pleasantly surprised by the flavors, all very nice for a local micro brewery. We ordered two pizzas, and it took a while to get them. One was cooked alright, but mine could have been a little crisper. Next time, I will ask for a little longer cook time. We were a little disappointed that it was cold, not sure why as there were very few people and we were the only ones that ordered food. Will try again a little earlier in the evening.

Great beer, we had their pale ale and it was very tasty. The parmesan poppers were really good, the sauce to dip was good as well. Table also ordered a charcuterie board which had a nice mix of things. We had the Alfredo pizza and it was pretty good, the chicken was not spread out over the pizza the best but flavor was good. Would recommend as a good local hang

Best pizza I’ve had in a long time. Service was outstanding. Tell Gavin Matt (with the Harleys) said hello. I had the Crazy Cow. Was told to try the Pub Pizza next time.
On a side note, the place looked closed when I pulled up. Glad I didn’t keep going.
