It’s a quaint little place with lots of character. Great unique food selection which is why we chose to try this place out. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. When we walked in, we were almost the only people in the place, but within a half hour it was totally packed due to an evening performance. It doesn’t take much to fill this place up. Would definitely go back here for dinner again.

Stopped in on Saturday first time, great band playing. Enjoyed a bottle of wine with hubby, had the olive and cheese plates along with a beet salad. Was a very warm and relaxing atmosphere. Owner and staff very on point. Will be back again.

A friend and I were passing through Sturgeon Bay on a Saturday evening and stopped in for a light supper. They had great live music and a packed house. Fortunately, we found a couple of seats up in the loft. Service was super friendly. We shared a small mushroom flatbread and some meatballs, and it was all delicious. Lovely atmosphere and great vibes.

Went here for dinner, the service and food were phenomenal! We ordered a bottle of wine, baked brie, brussells sprouts, and a pizza to share. All were delicious (my partner said some of the best pizza he has ever had). We sat upstairs which was very cozy and intimate. Would highly recommend stopping by if you’re in Sturgeon Bay!

Stopped for dinner here and absolutely loved it! They had live music playing, a comfy & open seating layout, and an overall lovely ambiance. I ordered the Ligonberry & Baked Brie ($12) as well as the Margarita Pizza ($16). The pizza was good, but the brie dish was AMAZING. I’ve never had lingonberry or baked brie, but it was a great combination and tasted delicious with the Swedish bread. Service was great, but the food does take a while because they have a small kitchen. Anyways, highly recommend you check it out if you’re in the area!

We came on a Sunday night around 6:30. Service was great. A jazz band performed a few songs. We got the baked brie and The Heidi flatbread, both were delicious! Would definitely recommend this place to others. Thank you for a great night!

Enjoyed a variety of personal pan pizzas with family after hiking in a local park. The pizzas were great.
The server was very friendly and attentive.
The venue has music in the evenings. I would anticipate that they would be busy at that time.

Genuinely the best resturant I think I’ve ever been to. Unbeatable atmosphere and food. The live music was a perfect touch. Wonderful background music if you don’t want to listen, but perfect entertainment if that’s what you like (which we did). Only here for the weekend but I think we will be going more than once this trip.

Very cute place. From the outside it looks like a small plain old church. As soon as we walked in the place smelled great. There’s a cozy area upstairs. We put together a puzzle while we waited for our food. There was fun music playing in the restaurant. All the food was great. Will definitely come again!

The Dromhus is a little gem located a few blocks from the water in Sturgeon Bay. While the menu is small, everything we ordered was amazing. The Swedish meatballs were tender with a delicious traditional gravy atop al dente pasta. The charred Brussels sprouts was one of my favorites: I took the photo after I had unapologetically dug in, but rest assured, it is a generous portion. The baked Brie was outstanding, wrapped in a tender, flaky crust, alongside a nice lingonberry preserves, roasted nuts, toast, and fresh apple slices. Really good. The buratta/arugula salad was delicious too. Heather, the owner, has done a wonderful job using the space to create an inviting atmosphere that has preserved the history and charm of the former chapel. A local we spoke with highly recommended the open-mic night (Thursdays), but unfortunately we had to miss it. We look forward to a return visit!
