Taste of Morocco in Tulsa offers a truly unique food experience — the flavors and spices are unlike anything else in town, and it’s worth trying if you want something different from the usual dining options.

That said, the service and layout made the visit a bit frustrating. We had to grab our own menu, never received water refills, and waited about 30 minutes before being attended to even though the restaurant wasn’t full. The seating layout also felt cramped and uncomfortable, which made it hard to fully relax and enjoy the meal.

I’d still recommend trying the food because it’s genuinely distinctive — but you may enjoy it more by ordering it to go.

We called ahead and they were so kind on the phone. We ordered the Egyptian mango & strawberry smoothie and the avocado, almond, and fig smoothie. Both were incredible. Then we shared one of the beef dishes and it was phenomenal. We ended the meal with the spiced coffee, and it was some of the best coffee we’ve ever had. She was also so nice and pleasant to talk with! We’ll be back soon for sure.

Authentic Morracan dishes, cookies and coffee made by an absolutely amazing Morracan lady from handed down family recipes. We dined mid afternoon so the owner/proprietor had time for a delightful conversation with us and was kind enough to share her culture. I highly recommend this restaurant!!!

This was my first visit to the restaurant, I tried the typical Moroccan dish, te and Baclava. Nice atmosphere, friendly service. I really got impressed by the way they prepare the Te.

Incredible little gem that stands out even in Tulsa’s vibrant restaurant scene. The food was delicious, very fresh, and the perfect portion, the cocktails we had were expertly made, and the atmosphere of the smaller space makes it feel more like a home cooked family meal.

Service was warm & friendly, although they were VERY busy that evening so it understandably took a little for our food & drinks.

Will absolutely be coming back & dragging more friends here when I visit home again

The food was fantastic! We had the pear salad, the meatballs and the chicken and every single thing was delicious! Best chicken I’ve ever had. I also had the coconut pineapple lemon smoothie and it was amazing! Service is a bit slow but well worth the wait! 10/10 would recommend! There were two women working that were so friendly and welcoming we felt like we were eating in their home. ❤️

Best Moroccan food I’ve had in a long time! The Rfissa and Meatball Tagine were both packed with flavor and served piping hot. The Orange Juice was fresh-pressed and the Mint Tea was the perfect balance of sweet and refreshing.
Beyond the food, the service was perfect. We received a great welcoming from the moment we walked in, making us feel right at home. Great service and even better food. I’ll definitely be back!

A hidden gem in Tulsa. I had the chicken tagine. It was fantastic and savory. The chicken fell right off the bone and the candied apricots were fantastic. My girlfriend had the seafood pastila. A wonderful savory and perfectly seasoned meal. We will be back again to try other meals.

The service was outstanding. It is housed in the location where Acai used to be across the street from the Church (Leom Russell) the street is fun and eclectic. We had Chicken Tajin and chicken rissa? Not sure if that spelling. Both were tasty well seasoned but definitely not over seasoned. We also had a piece of puffy pizza for the great grand daughter. Pistachio cake for dessert. Will definitely put this on my list of have to come back and tell people about places. It was later so didn’t get to try the coffee but I will make a point of that the next visit.

This is a gem of flavors and culture in Tulsa. The food was bursting with warm flavors, and bright notes. The service was kind and welcoming. It felt like being in someone’s home. The atmosphere was filled with colorful tiles, and gorgeous scents were throughout the restaurant. We will be back any time I am in Tulsa!
