We have heard about this hidden gem for a few months now. We finally went this morning and it did not disappoint. We are so thankful to have this in our little town. The sourdough is SO amazing. The cinnamon pull apart bread makes me think I’ve been to Dollywood without even going ((and it’s SO much better than DW)). The banana muffin is scrumptious. Also the Oreo cookies are as well. Pretty much anything you get here will not disappoint!!

We were in town for the day and were luckily enough to get a loaf of sourdough and a cinnamon bun. The cinnamon bun was the best one I’ve ever had. Nice and cinnamon-y with a glaze that’s not over the top sweet, just enough. The buns and the bread were right out of the oven. Had a sourdough bread sample and it was absolutely delicious. The right amount of sour. Owner and staff were very nice and we could tell they really loved to provide these delicious baked goods. They also have coffee from a local roaster but we did not try the coffee. The space is also very nice and welcoming on both the exterior and interior. We’ll be back often and highly recommend!!

What an amazing bakery! Everything is so good, but don’t miss the cookies, blueberry muffins, breads…..! This place is a must when in West Jefferson.

Such a cute bakery, it’s a great addition to ashe. I got two cookies, one was oatmeal and the other was an oreo cookie with white chocolate. I also got a loaf of jalepeno sourdough bread, it was amazing!! I definitely recommend any king of the sourdough loafs.

Personally, I would skip this place and head to the other bakeries around town.
There are 2 main reasons why (not necessarily in the following order): the first is that they do not accept credit cards [only cash/checks(?!?)/Venmo]. The other is that they don’t sell coffee or any other drinks or beverages that in opinion should accompany (a non bread) baked goods. In addition to the mentioned above, they don’t allow the use of their restrooms.
Bottom line – don’t bother to enter.
