We were a large party and made reservations. We arrived early and they got us right in. The service was excellent and our server, Brian was kind and professional. The staff was attentive and always came by to check on our party and make sure our drinks were full. We have Gluten allergies in our party and they were able to accommodate for each of them. The food was fresh and very favorable. I recommend this restaurant to anyone going to Cannon Beach.

The food was Amazing! I wish i had gotten a plate to take home. The clam chowder is so good! (as a New Englander it IS worth it). Our server Emily was awesome! It was nice and quiet for a Friday night, which was a nice wind down from a busy day at the beach. Definitely will be back for sure!

Great little restaurant in Cannon beach. They take reservations but it’s very busy and usually it’s 1st come 1st serve. They leave the patio alone for walk-in which is honestly the best place to sit as inside on a nice sunny day is pretty darkly lit. The food was good, I had the salmon with baked potatoes and my husband had the rib eye with fries. Would recommend!

We were very impressed with our visit to Driftwood. Fresh oysters, clams, and clam chowder in the sourdough bowl were fantastic.

Came here on a weekday during lunch, only had a small wait. There’s plenty of public parking within walking distance. We had the crab salad and a fish sandwich (which wasn’t on the menu but they were more than happy to make it). The service was good and timely, the food was delicious and had a good selection of non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks.

We had dinner here on a Saturday night. We dined in the outdoor area so we were seated right away. Indoor seating was a 30-40 minute wait and this was at 8:30. Steve was our server and he checked on us often. I had a cup of the clam chowder and it was delicious. Plenty of clam and very well seasoned. My wife had the side dinner salad. She said it tasted very fresh. For our main course I had Ribeye with baked potato. I ordered medium rare and only butter on my potato. The ribeye was closer to rare than medium rare. Still very tender. My wife ordered the salmon with asparagus. The asparagus was cooked perfectly. The salmon like my ribeye was undercooked. My wife sent it back which our server Steve was happy to do. Since Steve checked on us frequently this issue got resolved quickly. Our main courses came out very quickly and I suspect that was the reason the items were underdone. When the salmon came back the second time it was done perfectly with that nice flaky texture.

A fine restaurant with a rich atmosphere and richer food. We shared the halibut baked in dill sauce on a bed of onions. It was hot and cooked perfectly, not dry nor bland. The portion was large enough both of us felt satisfied with our portion. The oyster shooters were so fresh and well paired with the slightly spicy cocktail sauce. A must have if you visit.
