Reviews
The one named Ranger is top-tier if you like,
WHITE SAUCE, SPINACH, CHICKEN, TOMATO, ARTICHOKE, and MUSHROOMS.
Went here with 9 other people from work. The staff didn’t even bat an eye at our number and arriving unannounced. The food came out piping hot. Which is the way a pizza place should be!
The flavors were great. The topping combinations range from ordinary to “What the…!?!?!” Everything we ordered was wonderful.
If I have one complaint, it would be the marinara sauce, kinda, just alright, nothing stellar.
Well done
Well I would like to say it was great due to other reviews but I cannot.
Very disappointed with the pizza, service and follow up with the call I made.
So it was last Thursday night. I got on the website and checked the reviews. Was very pleased with what I saw. I tried to call for
7:15 on. I seen they closed at 8. Apparently the staff will just take the phone off the hook because I finally had to order online at 7:37 and the pick up time showed 8:37. Exactly 1 hour after order. Now we all know how long pizzas take to make from experience. Needless to say when I arrive at 8:30 I picked the pizzas up. When I got in my vehicle I opened up the box and not joking here they looked like cardboard. I know that had been sitting in the oven for at least 30 plus minutes. I called the following day and just got excuse after excuse about how their system works and how it actually took an hour to make.
Give me a break. When I got there to the store they had maybe 8 people at 1 table and were cleaning up.
Bad service
Bad follow up
Bad customer support.
I was told I would get a call from the manager but never did. Only risked to some young employee telling be a bunch of crap.
I would not order online ever. Maybe the inside expensive is better or when they actually take a call to order.
Very disappointed.
HOWEVER, because the reviews were good, our family wanted to give this place a second chance. The next day we ordered food TWO HOURS ahead for dinner to avoid a long wait time because of they were “short staffed during a holiday weekend” (their comment not ours). We ordered one small pizza and cheese bread only. Unfortunately, we had to still wait 20 min after the pick up time and the cheese bread was cold when we started eating it. The cheese bread must have been made first and then the pizza. Overall, I would recommend eating at little Cesar’s down the road.
