The best restaurant we’ve experienced since moving to Brevard County nearly four years ago. Everything was outstanding and they are small enough to pay attention to detail.
There are only 22 seats, three tables for four (require reservations), seven seats at the kitchen, and three at the bar. The place filled up just after 6pm on a Wednesday. They have a regular menu you can find online and a rotating blackboard menu that is usually posted to social media for specials.

This is by far the best restaurant I have thoroughly enjoyed since living in brevard since 2016. The food is literally so fresh. They have amazing weekly specials. We got the sweet potato salad and that was so fresh and the dressing was something out of this world. We got the tuna crudo and ponzu noodles. This was NOT your average sushi. Everything was top notch! We got the snapper entree and it was so good along with the desserts for the night. This place deserves to be a Michelin star. Just wish they had more drink options. Overall we will be coming back. Only downside is it is a smaller place. Hopefully they can find a larger spot over time. We will be back!! Compliments to the chef! Everything was by far soo fresh! The service could be a little better. Once they get slammed it’s a bit hard to keep up with service. So you have to order everything at once if you can.

We had a great first experience at drifters! The food was amazing we had the tuna tar tar tower it was 10/10 some of the best flavors I’ve ever had. We only had the passion fruit wings, zapatos sushi roll, and the ahi tuna. The atmosphere is super nice surfer upper scale vibe. We were okay with spending the money everything was very fresh and delicious.

Finally was able to make it into this spot and it was really awesome! We got to try the mango spicy tuna roll, street corn cakes, golden tile fish, and the snapper. All were exquisite. Cannot wait to go back. Service was great.

Danny and his wife and their boys have one of the best family run restaurants that I have been to in a long time. The Sin Zapatos roll is out of this world. The petite filet salad is made to perfection!!! The sushi rice is actually cooked to the right temperature. Rice makes or breaks every sushi place and only if you love what you do, will the rice temperature be right. THANK YOU for coming to the neighborhood! Can’t wait to come back many times!!!

I’ve eaten at Drifters a few times and everything I’ve gotten has been amazing. The seafood is the freshest I’ve had in Brevard. Each dish is incredibly unique. The sin zapatos sushi roll is one of my favorites. Everyone working there has been so kind and helpful when trying to decide what to order. I will definitely continue to frequent this place. It’s a wonderful addition to the community.

Tonight was our first time and WOW was this an experience! From the time we arrived Katie /owner was amazing! Our server, Camille was awesome, AJ working the sushi bar is incredible, Chef Danny – The Captain / owner just an amazing, talented and warm host! We started with Ocean on fire roll, house made hot and sweet jalapeños, steady heat not over the top and beautiful flavors! The tuna on this roll is super fresh! We followed up with a seared Grouper on a sweet pea risotto! A great sear on a very fresh piece of fish served on a bed of creamy, rich risotto, garnished with fresh peas, total balance of flavors, finished with chocolate trifle, the sponge was rich and tender, the mousse absolutely perfect, creamy, rich and powerful flavor and pecan pralines to garnish adding crunch and flavor to contrast well with the dish. Craft beer and a beautiful wine list to compliment the meal. Cannot wait to go back and try more of their amazing food!

My partner and I split two sushi rolls, the pork chop, sake, and an ice cream dessert. The flavor was absolutely impressive.
This place is super intimate with limited seating. here’s a small bar in front of the open kitchen/sushi counter that seats about 8, plus three tables near the entrance. I’d recommend getting there right at 5 or around 6:30 when seating often resets. Good things come to those who are willing to wait 🙂
Weekly rotating menu, so there’s always something new and exciting to try. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive—we felt genuinely welcomed, and they even remembered my partner from a visit a few weeks earlier with his parents, which was such a sweet touch. I believe it is a family run establishment, as well.
This is definitely a date night spot or a spot for two people to really enjoy each other’s company. I wouldn’t recommend it for groups.
The aesthetic is upscale surfer vibes. All around, great experience and will 100% be bringing friends here when we can have nice nights out.

Wish I could give 10 stars. Amazing food and amazing service. Everything we ate was plated beautifully and tasted fresh and delicious. Wish I had taken pics of everything!! Will def be back to Drifters on our next trip down to the Space Coast!
